Staying in a cube is definitely a unique experience. The rooms, toilet/bathrooms were typically clean as well as the reception/ breakfast area. The negative part about my experience was that it was at times during the night the cube we were staying in got really hot and it was difficult to catch my breath at times after the blackout shade was completely down for a few hours at night. We had to sleep with it open. They were doing some work on the AC system so I hope that solved that problem.

Low budget accommodation with great facilities. My booking was made through traveloka and everything runs smoothly throughout the whole stay. I suggest you to pack lightly, since the space are not as big as a regular hotel bedroom. They also have a big locker below your bed for suitcases. I saw a roommate fit in a full size luggage. If you're traveling with your elders, you might want to reconsider choosing this place since you might be given the upper bedroom that requires you to climb up and down. You can work with laptop inside your capsule, they have 2 folded table and 4 charging ports (I booked queen sized bed).

The capsules are comfortable and well equipped. It is very easy to meet other travellers in the common areas, whenever you wish, and it is just as easy to isolate yourself. The location is perfect in the heart of Chinatown.

For a "capsule" like concept lodging service provided to the masses, and especially when you're situated in Chinatown of Singapore. My recent stay for an entire week was better than I'd expected actually. Well yes people, you come to a capsule hotel, you pay a decent price, and for a place to rest your head at the end of the day after long painful walks under the scorching heat, and rubbing sweaty shoulders with whole lotta tourist around the world in the heart of the city, please feel free to jump right into the 12 (if im not mistaken) showers which are available to refreshen up before you head out again for your next destination. Staff there, Kay, Idah, Terry, and Cherrie were attentive to my needs. Kudos to them! And best of all, CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel provided a what I would call a little "gesture-like" breakfast for all in-house guest. Its nothing fancy, simple and hearty breakfast with choices of fruits, noodles, bread, coffee and tea, and cereal too! Thank you everyone at the Cube Capsule Hotel. Great work. ej.

Really wonderful centrally located and inexpensive hotel!
We were upgraded for free and friends were allowed to store their luggage for an evening — very helpful and courteous staff, delicious breakfasts and clean rooms as well as bathrooms! Only recommended.

Really worth the price, clean and nice place with great services.

Good-value capsule hotel. Location is perfect, friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi. Free breakfast from 7:30am — 10:30pm, be sure to go there early tho, one day I went at 10pm and most foods were gone. There are 12 toilets/bathrooms in total, that's more than enough and I never needed to wait during my 2-night stay. Tho there was no door for the bed, just a blind, you will have to lock personal stuff separately (bottom of the bed) which is annoying sometimes. Since there was no door, it could be noisy sometimes at late night or early morning, tho they have earplugs for you to borrow.

It was a great experience. The customer service was great. Internet was fast. Cleanliness is better than most capsules hotels out there. Thanks for excellent hospitality.

Good choice for backpacker, single or group traveller. Near MRT Chinatown station. The room was clean and crew was nice too, hotel also provide breakfast and laundry for free. And the most important is for luggage safe, the hotel provide a box for every tenant with security locking system under the bed, so you can leave your luggage safely while you go around.

Strict rules, dont buy tickets there, its still expensive. Feel quite claustrophobic but the cleanliness and bathrooms are amazinggggg. I sleep like a baby but that depends on your chances.

It was great fun and I got some good sleep in there. The downside was that I had the first bunk in front of the door and could barely get my stuff out of my locker as I had to put it all back in whenever someone wanted to go through the door. Also the breakfast was really not so good. Another downside was that you had to walk through the breakfast room to get to the showers…

Cool capsules. I found it very quiet and the breakfast a bit basic but the location is very good and everything is finished to a high standard.

Nice and clean place. I arrive 2 days after renovation opening, so everything is tidy. Friendly staff and nice Manager. Also love the ambience of simple night life in Kampong Glam!

I'll count it as pretty clean and staffs are friendly. Location is very strategic, walking distance to every corner in Chinatown, McDonald, few convenient stores, MRT station. Lots of good food around it too.

Probably the best hostel I ever stayed at. Quiet and comfy cubes. Everything was clean and new. Plenty of private bathrooms that are cleaned constantly. Breakfast was okay, could be better. 5 stars anyway.

The pods are small but very functional, certainly an economical way to spend a few nights in the wonderful yet expensive city that is Singapore. Staff is polite, living quarters are clean, although in the busy mornings and evenings a little more upkeep of bathrooms would be appreciated. All in all a good experience, and certainly would stay again when travelling solo!

The beds are definitely for 1 person as intended. The restrooms are plenty and breakfast is the best at a hotel I've ever had. The only thing lacking for that 5 star is AC in the restrooms. They end up very humid and hot like the outside weather.

Es un hotel cápsula bastante limpio y tranquilo. Para guardar las pertenencias propocionan un armario electrónico y una caja fuerte, el armario es bastante grande y puede acomodar 2 maletas de tamaño pequeño. Los baños son bastante agradables, tienen un diseño minimalista, hay 10 de baños, y tienen jabón líquido y champú. El desayuno está incluido y consiste en arroz frito y fideos, fruta, café y té. Nos ofrecieron una mejor cápsula, pasamos una queen estándar a una queen premium, y por eso razón estuvimos muy contentos y agradecidos.

The hotel was more than passable, rating is definitely a 4-4.5. I thought the cubes would be a little more claustrophobic but they were fine. The noise levels with the doors and lockers were a little loud, but it wasn't a big deal. Clean, plentiful bathrooms. Great location!

When a Hostel feels like Home! That's the Sleepy Kiwi. Amazing stuff, great breakfast and it's near to many attractions.

Too many people had to share a single-roomed toilets/shower. Makes it very inconvenient at times, especially during the usual shower times. But the Capsule itself was perfect. Clean, roomy, comfortable and most important of all, personal space. Thats the main reason why I booked this hotel, and I got my loving privacy.

We had a great stay at Cube Hotel, it was a cool hotel. It was a very clean and quiet capsule hotel. To keep our belongings that provide both an electronic locker and a safe, make the wardrobe quite large that you can accommodate 2 suitcases of small size. The bathrooms quite nice, has a minimalist design, there were 10 of them, provided us with the liquid soap and shampoo. Free breakfast of fried rice and noodles, fruit, coffee and tea. They update our standard Queen capsule to a premium queen, and for that reason we were very happy and thankful.

Nice budget dormitory for travelers. Located in Busorah street, near a historical great mosque.

Afforable place to bunk. Suitable for travellers with a budget yet looking for a quality place to sleepover. There is free breakfast provided too. Cube is located at very strategic location, Chinatown. Very easy to access to public transport and get around singapore.

Located along the touristy bussorah street, it has a lovely full view of the sultan mosque and neighbours with turkish and muslim food and shopping units, all housed in heritage peranakan shop houses. It really is a unique experience.

Good bed, this is worth the score.
But the disadvantage is that the toilet and the bathroom are together, each device is not the same, and then there is no pumping equipment this makes a bit of a headache.

I booked your room like 4 months ago and already paid for it but when I arrived at your hostel, I saw the paper saying that you close because of the "renovation" but I didn't know it before, I didn't get any mail to inform me. I called you many times BUT noone answers. Is this what you call 24 hrs help line? Please, SHOW ME YOUR RESPONSIBLE.

Well positioned, 4 bed room for privacy (otherwise you're basically in a corridor), well priced.

Look good in bugis. The bathroom is spooky but the water is good. For me it is a bad choice. Sleep 1 hour and got bite by house dust mite all over my body. Itchy and big swallow. They have hot water and breakfast but i'm not coming back.

Everything was just so so… good behaving staff… boring same breakfast… 3 ⭐️ for the worst quality Wi-Fi which is too weak and automatically getaways gets disconnected especially in first floor. They seriously need some attention towards it. Toilet is not that good. Number of washroom is less than it should be. When all the beds are occupied it creates long queue.

Great place in an even better Location! Very clean, modern and an overall wonderful stay! After traveling from the US, this hotel was worth the well needed rest. Breakfast is good and the staff are extremely helpful.

Good option for an accommodation relatively cheap, type hostel but with a greater intimacy, thanks to the bunk beds that are closed. New and modern. Although it would be appreciated if a second shift of cleaning the bathrooms, because sometimes were too dirty.

Good value for your money.

It is not fancy as you can read from the name of the hotel. But it is clean enough and comfortable for a great sleep. The front is friendly and offers great info about trip and transportation. Also, it has a bus stop just in front of the building. Mrt station need a small walk by 5-10 mins but good enough to reach everywhere in singapore. The closest station is bugis and only one station away from city hall mrt. Nearby there are attractions like haji lane, sultan mosque, and Arab st where you could find night life and lounge bars every evening. Pretty safe and diverse.

Cube is worth the price — staying here feels closer to staying at a hotel than a hostel, to be honest. The front desk staff is very nice, the lobby room is really great to use the Wi-Fi and enjoy the AC and chat with other guests. They even have a free beverage in the lobby — in the industry they call that "lobby water" and that's how you separate the real service locations from the chumps ;) The capsule is really nice, with 2 plugs with adapters built in. They do provide towels. This is the type of hostel I would recommend for someone who's got a bit of a bigger budget, or is easing into backpacking.

Okay, a little more cleaning there would be nothing wrong and it was missing more closeness on the part of the staff. In Singapore in general are so.

Great hostel. Don't hesitate and just reserve it. I was sceptical about sleeping in a hostel but this is definitely a good recommendation. You will have enough privacy and a good night sleep. If you are a light dreamer take some earplugs on board. Remember this a great value hostel and the service is excellent and stuff is super helpful. No complaints. Perfect for solo travelers.

Check these out before you book: — — Damp room with bad lightning — Bunk bed area reeks of someone else's socks — Bad air ventilation — People constantly walking in and out of the room The good thing about this hostel is the staff and its quite close to Bugis MRT. But if you prefer something a little fancier, you have better luck elsewhere. Seriously, just bring a air freshener, and dont forget an earplug if you want a good night sleep.

The other green kiwi hostel is better but this on is not bad too.

Used to be Sleepy Sams… dorms are adequate and the breakfast is good and has real coffee. Common areas are clean and the place has a welcoming feel.

The dorm is a busy thoroughfare with twin rooms stuck around the outside with thin slatted doors letting all the noise through. Not a place for a good night's sleep.
