A good place for a family retreat. Quiet and quality time for couples. In one word refreshing!

Boring hotel. Front desk staff also boring attitude. I think I owe the front desk staff million dollars. Haiz. Lucky is just one night stand only and I can fantasize staying beside our Honour and Glory Commandos!

Very calming environment, away from city mood.
Walking and cycling around the area makes your stay more exciting. :)

A good quiet place to get away and it is within walking distance from the Changi Point Broadwalk. Very friendly & helpful staff too.

Service was very good. The Consiege uncle at the door was so helpful and friendly. The place even though basic, has a tranquil charm.
The surrounding foliage was natural and gives a relax atmosphere.
Love the crusty fresh pastry served for breakfast.

Love love love. What more can I say. Will be coming back. Definately. I think it is the surrounding that to me is the winner. So quiet. Peaceful. Calming. Comfortable clean rooms. No funky smells. And friendly staff. Rahim. The first person to greet us at the front door. My kids like him alot. Friendly and kind.

It sits in a beautiful tranquil surrounding the staff are friendly and warm. It is not a huge cold building. Rather it is a cosy hotel that allows one to chill and wind down. There are lots of great walking routes. Noticed too that the hotel builds itself around ancient trees rather than taking them down unlike many new commercial buildings today. I came with my mum-in-law and hubby, they totally enjoyed themselves. Great job Changi Cove and thank you for the greaf service.

Stayed here during our 4d3n cycling trip. Staff were very helpful to find parking spaces for our bicycles. Elisha from the front counter, was especially kind to go out of her way to find a sheltered space for my over-sized cargo bike. Thank you!

Once you touch base, they bring your luggage to your room. :) wow The uncle is always very friendly and greet us with genuine warm smile. Everyone works as a team and we feel very welcomed! Rooms are always very clean with very good to use amenities. Lemon grass smell shower amenities. The front line officer remembers our needs, and always reminds the housekeeper team on our request, for the 7 nights stay ❤️ it’s amazing. First time in my hotel stay that we don’t need to remind them. We have stayed at JW Marriott, W Hotel Singapore this year for around and Changi Cove service, warmth, personal touch and going out of the way go hands down! :) When I made a request, they respond in seconds, and remembered it daily. The environment nearby is great for a morning walk after breakfast. The cool sea breeze, board walk. We walked 30-45mjns to Changi village hawker centre for our lunch and boy were we satisfied. :) The cafe staff is thumbs up. Especially a male staff, not sure.

Serene & Relaxing ambience away from the city.

An excellent hotel, reasonably priced in a serene & quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Singapore. Highly recommended!

Peace n Tranquility was greatly appreciated and thankful for at Changi Cove. However, from the reception to the block where the Guest rooms were located was pretty far for the elderly. Not very convenient for them actually.

It’s in a beautiful location with a boardwalk that takes you out over the sea only a few minutes walk away. The rooms are large with a great walk in shower and lovely views.

Hotel is located at the Far East end of singapore. It's very isolated and very quiet. The hotel is relatively new, the room and its furnishings are in very good condition. There's complimentary Nespresso coffee in the room. There's a wall in the room for you to draw and write stuff. Breakfast is included, and there's a good spread of eggs cooked in different ways by the Chef. Complimentary parking coupon and late check out is available.

Nice clean Hotel, without swimming pool in the hotel, but! you can use the Pool of the other cove hotel near by (5min. Walk) With the bus (air-conditioning) you are in 25 min. In the city. Nice Bar (karaoke, drinks, cocktails and more 2 min. Walk) we enjoyed the stay.

Attended weekend corporate event there. Quite suitable as event venue, albeit big room has horrible acoustics. Catering was pretty decent, rooms comfortable and quiet. Spacious bathroom. Unique walls in the rooms, which can be used as whiteboards, haven't seen that anywhere else. As welcome amenity, 2 chocolates. Coffee lovers can enjoy in-room Nespresso machine. Very relaxing seaside walkway nearby. Lots of trees around as well. Could be used as weekend retreat as well.

A good place to retreat away from the busy Singapore life. Near Changi point beach walk for a lovely stroll right by the sea. Yet it's a short walk to nearby hawker centre and Changi village which has many food options. Staff are warm and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nestled in nature. The hotel is nothing too fancy but great to just relax and unwind without any bells and whistles.

Hotel is not easy to get to. Definitely for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I got a standard twin room. As pictured, comes with the fancy swing. There was no fridge in the room, so if you need to keep your drinks or alcohol cold, will need to approach the reception for help. Was actually told that this is a 4 star hotel which is surprising cos it definitely felt more like a 2 or max 3 star place. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a serene part of Singapore. Quiet area, nice rooms, very clean, friendly staff, Good walking tracks around the hotel.

The staff was really amazing and attentive. The food was well done and the water and treats they served was great at the front door.

Is a nice place to stay in for a mini getaway but the service for the restaurant wasn't really great. Long wait for food and bills. I guess they are not experience enough to keep up with a large amount of people. But other then that everything was alright.

It's definitely a wonderful place for a staycation. A home away from home! Loved that the place was clean and the service was top notch :) highly recommend.

It's peaceful and serene. A quiet place to get away and pulau Ubin is just around the corner! What's more you can cycle through the park connector to CBD. The room is not very spectacular or unique… But the place is clean and the staff is friendly & approachable! Recommended!

Food so-so. Price reasonable considering the ambience. Parking expensive but complimentary for diners thankfully. Quiet place for discussions over dinner/drinks. Nice location.

I attended a wedding where the room could accommodate about 8 tables. 10 pax per table. The service and food were great. Location was quite deep but easily accessible with personal transport.

First visit to The White Olive for dinner. The food is great and the staff is patient and very attentive. Totally enjoyed the experience. Love the decor, the ambience and delicious food. Will be back again.

We held our wedding dinner at Changi Cove (The Auditorium) last month. Samantha, Jing Ying and their team did a great job on all the preparation and arrangement for our special day! The environment and ambiance is very good if you wish to have an intimacy wedding dinner with your family and close friends. We love the flower decoration around the stage and dinner tables, we love the food! and the services provided by the team, they are very attentive and helpful to everyone. We have received good feedback from our guests on their service as well! They even have "hidden talent artists" to draw and deco on the wall in our room. Thumbs up! We would highly recommend this hotel for your big day!

1st visit: Nice place. Poor Wi-Fi connection. No fridge. 2nd visit: Air-conditioning was not cold, we got an upgrade. But still not that cold. The swing in the room was redundant. A mini fridge would have been of much better use. Would come back again though. Hope the management sees this.

Best for of the grid meetings and conferences. Lots of greenery and good place for reflection. A bit hard getting a ride to the town center.

Extremely clean and quiet. We stayed here for a 13 hour layover. About 15 min taxi ride ($15-$20 during peak). Very modern. Free breakfast buffet was quite nice. 5 min drive from the Changi Village Hawker Centre. Nice touches in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!

I loved their service. An example was on the first night when I was late. The staff had actually portioned out for the latecomers and served it with a friendly attitude despite them clearing up already. When I had finished the main course, I was even more pleasantly surprised when I was asked if I would like dessert which was also kept.

Meeting room was very conducive for active discussions and participation. Food served was alright, still room for improvement. Hotel rooms were cosy and comfortable.

Nice and clean place, secluded from urban city life yet accessible by public transport although far from MRT stations. Perfect for a short stay with family, and closer to nature.

It's a nice hotel with all the basic amenities and very friendly staff. The ability to draw on the walls in the room is a nice touch. However, they lose a star as their walk-in price is much more expensive than their online price. I ended up paying about $160 more than I should have. : — (

This is good hotel close to the Changi Airport. The staff here are extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great. The only minor hiccup we had was that the bath water was only lukewarm and not hot when we used it at around 6 AM. We did not inform the staff regarding this as we had to vacate around 7 AM and rush to the airport. I am sure that they would have waited it out had we mentioned it to them.

Loved so much about the hotel. Breakfast included. One side of the room can be drawn as its converted into a big whiteboard. Can draw a nice mural provided u have more than 3 markers XD. Would love to stay there but pay cash for the security deposit.

This hotel was picked at random as we were stranded for a 12 hr delay (till 4am) to catch out flight home. The hotel staff were beyond Fabulous, & the room was Amazing and unique. Breakfast didnt commence till 6am, but our flight left 4am. The night staff got in behind the breakfast bar and got us coffee cereal yoghurt etc at 2am. EXCELLENT service … proactive. Downside : yhe room didnt have a bar fridge and the taxi driver drove around for an hour (10 minute trip from airport) trying to find it. This is ideal, close to airport accommodation & the grounds were lovely.

Attended friend's son wedding and enjoyed every moment of the occasion held at their ballroom. Changi Cove is a nice hideout away from the noise and buzz of city life. The food was great. Staff and concierge was friendly and helpful.

Very cosy and private location. Suitable for wedding events, or corporate gathering. However limited public transport available. Limited parking lot as well.

Great clean modern hotel and room. Included breakfast was very good lots of food options. Bit of a walk from lobby to rooms otherwise would have provided 5 stars.

A modern getaway amidst nature room was pretty nicely furnished. It was slightly inconvenient to walk around the hotel though. Wake up to the tunes of birds chirping, with pretty a awesome egg counter for breakfast.

Cool and cosy ambience. Lobby was spacious and staff were very friendly and attentive. The lobby cafe was small but adequate and nothing to boast about.

The hotel is very large and the rooms are poorly communicated. Very far from reception and without help to carry suitcases. The rooms on the other hand are pretty good. Away from the city.

Excellent place to have a business conference or if you're just interested in visiting singapore. It's not downtown so you get the quiet and peaceful beachside and with about a 15-20 commute into downtown.

The hotel room was very spacious, the rooms are clean and simple, staff is also very hot. Although here from the city centre, very far away, take the bus and subway about an hour, but a quiet environment for me, personally, liked that the hotel room included Breakfast, it worth the view, the Breakfast special is delicious!
