We had a great time at JollyKop, the studio we stayed in was warm, clean and spacious, had everything we needed, the food was delicious and the personnel was very friendly and helpfull. I definetely recommend it!

Fantastic hospitality, great service, amassing New Year dinner, fantastic breakfast like no where! Play room for a children was a best part for them :) … That was a 4th time in Jolly, and we hope that we came again this year!

We had a terrible experience at this location. Several people from our group, including me, got food poisoning because of the food served at breakfast in their restaurant, that manifested in fever, diarrhea, vomiting. They denied having a problem at the restaurant and did not take any measures although a lot of tourists reported the same medical problems and even ended up in hospital. Their attitude was awful and did not even say ‘sorry’. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and DO NOT eat at their restaurant!

I had a terrible experience at Jollykop. I came with a big group (20 persons) and half of us got sick. We all ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and then we started to vomit, we had diarrhea, fever, shivers and extreme weakness. (we were lucky in a way, because other people who also ate at the hotel's restaurant ended up in the hospital with perfusion in Novi Sad). A doctor came to see us and gave us medication and we started to feel better but he was uncooperative in telling us the source of our problems. Moreover, the staff was ignorant and they lied to our faces telling that no other group had such problems. This was a big fat lie because when we came to the reception the second time, it was full of people reporting the same medical problems. They took NO ACTION to solve the problem and the next day other people fell sick. CHILDREN got sick. Even though a very big number of people (40 of we know) got sick and even ended in hospital, they kept serving breakfast and food at the restaurant. It is unacceptable and outrageous. They tried to hide everything and lied to our faces again and again. We felt disrespected and helpless and it is a terrible feeling when you are in a foreign country. They ruined our holiday and left us with a bitter taste. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could I would give them less than one star. I spent the first day of 2018 driving home, with symptoms I don’t wanna remember, because the staff of Jollykop and the official services like ambulance and police in their country didn’t offered us support when we nedded the most, like offering us some healthcare services (12 persons of our grup got enterocolitis from their breakfast). We got back to Romania, directly to hospital were they took us blood samples, we received treatment and we were rehydrated. Now we must stay another 3 days at home, we cannnot go to work because we are probably still contagious.

Great place with fair prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and some of the rooms have amazing view and the breakfast was awesome with a big selection of delicious local meat and dairy products as well as freshly squeezed juices.

The place is ok, but in the spring the restaurant don't work and in the whole Kopaonik place almost everything don't work! It's very boring.

Needs a lot of remodeling and investment ASAP just to keep up the pace with all other accommodations on Kopaonik.

Nice location and view. Rustic restaurant. I'd love to come back during summer time to see the view without the snow.

We had great, quite vacation in this warm and nice place. Amazing view, gorgeus nature, warm and nice apartments, great restaurant. Our dog was very welcome guest and they gave her a gift when we have arrived. By car you are very quick to the ski center and all other atractions.

Great place to stay and kind people. Organized transfer to Kopaonik ski resort.
