I've eaten at the restaurant a couple of time with different experience. To start with you should go there if you're on a budget. There average price is on the lower range in the Saly/Somone area. And let's be honest the price is justified by the average quality of food there. It's not bad, it's not great. You can find here the most common meals (thiof, prawns or other steaks) of Senegalese international cuisine. The portions are ok but generally the quality is just ok. Drinks worth the price, the barman knows what he's doing. The service is not worth mentioning, nothing to mention there. The highlight was the band playing some jazz and other lovely tunes there. Globally not the best experience in terms of food bug if you want a low key, chill beach restaurant where you can have a good drink and listen to a fine band… Obama Beach Hotel is it!
