Rooms are good but there is no hotel transportation to haram Sharif and we have depend taxi service hence it's not walk and its costly while coming back from haram.

Nice and clean place. Away from haram but the shuttle service is available 24/7. Breakfast is average. Cleaniliness is good but probably they are under staff so no regular cleaning. Stayed here for a week was a good overall experience.

Very nice place. Needs more care about clean rooms. But all in all very nice place.

Hotel excellent only far from Haram cannot access by walking easily as tough uphill climb must use shuttle system arranged by hotel.

The hotel was good, clean and proper water facility. The only thing is that there busses are rare to take you to Al-Haram. We were using aseel hotel busses for the commute.

We like it is everything is so convenient see that is so far the suttle service is good.

This place was beautiful. So clean and peaceful. Great for vacations.

Hotel has nice rooms, spacious place to sit near entrance. But if you are staying and you want to visit Masjid al haram frequently it’s bit far. Though they provide bus service which is good and frequent. No market near by. Youll have to walk a bit, which seemed difficult for me.

Cosy quiet hotel. Prayer facilities olus mosque right next door.

Bit too far from Kaaba, but food was absolutely fantastic shuttle service was good but during the rush hours it takes ages to get back to and from the hotel.

You will have a bus service to Masjid Al Haram which is very hard to find when returning back due to the unorganized bus station near HARAM. You will have Wi-Fi … But no or very slow net.

When I step into the foyer of the hotel, I was amazed with the smart and spacious entrance. Absolutely beautiful! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is neat and affordable, I loved my room its beautiful and clean, I'll cme back here anytime, thank you.

Hotel is 3 star. Everything is best. But food should be careful because in canteen waiter not responding also they are supplied expiry date eggs.

Was not happy with the service got treated like a thief, stay at the hotel with my elderly mother and brother and sister. Management was rude would not stay at this hotel when I visit again, some of the staff made our stay bare able. About 2 and half mile from holy mosque. Wifi was a big problem hardly no signal.

Not the best place to be at. It's about 2 km away from the Holy mosque. The staff needs better training on hotel hospitality. Room service is really noisy and will wake you up in a very bad way Wi-Fi is available but goes out a lot and it's hard to convince the staff that there is something wrong. The room is relaxing If you use Zain GSM service don't go here as there is no signal at the area.

Pathetic, untidy, rude, rooms only cleaned if you call and wait … believe it or not, extremely disappointing, STAY AWAY flies everywhere.

Good value for money, breakfast is ok, the hotel shuttle is irregular — but taxi service is easily available and cheap.

Rooms are very clean for a 3 star hotel (oh, booking has it wrongly written as a 4 star hotel), but the hotel has no service at all, not to mention location ain't great because it has nothing close to it and except very small supermarket that seeks nothing special. Really needs to add some service there! At-least have a restaurant to eat and room service!
