Meets minimum requirements but unhygienic rooms with poor ventilation. Make sure you get a good room or ask for an alternative room as the change in rooms I had were a lot better but still at best a 2 star hotel. Some really good staff and some absolutely rude staff. Although quiet close to haram, it is on a steep hill so not ideal for children or elderly if you are going for umrah.

No internet in rooms. Overall experience was good. Nice food, shuttle service. Hotel is at on hill so difficult for old people but shuttle service makes easy the travelling.

Hotel is good but on height. Not suitable for elderly and children. They have good shuttle service thou.

Its a normal hotel with excellent breakfast. There shuttle service for Haraam is outstanding. 24hrs shuttle service. Best place in budget package.

Hello really this is a luxury hotel. Very close to the Harame, its customers have the right of the means of transportation, electric motorcycles of the Roland chair for the elderly.

Very nice hotel, only one problem it's up on the hill. Not easy access you have to go around Mukkaram hotel. Hotel does offer pick up and drop service from Mukkaram Hotel during Salah time. If you have elder folks with you than it may not be good choice not unless you use pick and drop service.

Near to Haram. Good place but beds are very narrow so one should take care while changing side during sleeping. Good standard Breakfast included in package. Frequent transportation is available for Haram.

Fantastic… hotel is so near to haram. The place is not fine but superb service for buses … 24hours avaliable. Bus is standing there for pick up and drop. Food is so good.

A very nice hotel for the price they offer. Forget the service as you really can not expect that but still what they offer is the best. It is on a hill top and difficult to reach walking, but they have their busses and golf carts on regular intervals which helps a lot. Although if you enjoy walking and fitness freak then you will not mind the walk on this hill top hotel. It has access by stairs also that is if you enjoy walking down and up stairs.

Good food variety on breakfast. Great shuttle service from hotel to Haram. The rooms are good.

Average hotel. Very near to haram. But the issues is its on hill top so difficult to go by back. But for this they are compensating by providing a mini van from hotel to haram every 2 minutes round the clock. The breakfast was average but other meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Overall a hood hotel with average pricing.

الاثاث قديم ومتكسر ومتنفخ الخشب كأنه كان غرقان بالماء. والغرفة صغيرة وغير نظيفة وفيه ذباب. الثلاجة فيها ساندويتش قديم ومشروبات مفتوحة وريحة عفن من الثلاجة افسدت علينا اقامتنا. كأنها شقة مفروشة قديمة ما يليق اسم فندق على هذا السكن ابداً. المفرش فيه حروق من السجاير الرسيفر فيه اربع قنوات سعودية واربع مصرية. الميزتين الوحيدتين السعر والنقل بسيارة قولف او فان من السكن للحرم بكل الاوقات.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, cleaned nd maintained properly. Located on Hilly side. Not suitable for old age person. Hotel gives shuttle service for pick drop to Haram. 10 min walk to hotel. Breakfast has multiple dishes. But mostly of Arabian taste… No parking place available.

Restaurant is good. But due to cleanness it is good not at all. There is an awful smell when you enter the room. The hotel is located on a hill that is difficult for old people and children to reach.

The hotel cited about 500 mtrs from Haram at avery sharp slope. The Services of the hotel are moderate come law level. The reception are absouletly not coooerative and seems working under high pressure so the Number of people may be not enough. The rooms and the bids are so small! The same is bathroom. In general the Hotel is not so good unless it is relatevely near to Haram.

It was pleasant stay at elaf ajyad hotel, enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

Staff not so helpful. Location is very convenient for Haram visits.

Very bad reception, very small room, location is difficult to reach, no services around.

Walking distance from Haram. It is located uphill but manageable. Buffet is reasonable.

Please no one deal with this kind of hotel. I already stay only one night and it was disaster. The room was reserved by booking completly different than reception gave to me. The room in very worst condition. The ac is not running the smell of bed and carpet bad. The toilet is not clean water is leaked outside and they ignor my complain. To call service or reception its impossible to someone answer. After fighting with them they change room and they are not shy at all. They are not fluent in deling with people. Behavior of reception is not encourging me at all. Breakfast is nothing. I am really disappointing and found my self in trouble once I buy the room by booking. Room must not exceed 50 riyal per night.

Fucked up hotel ever in the history of my life, the Internet never ever forever work, employees are uneducated, staff and management don't even understand English far far away from Kaaba. Room are so small like bathroom and bathroom is like you are in India. Please never ever forever take this hotel.

This is a budget hotel. (If ur from UK, this is on par with travel lodge) Not a 4 star. No way. The waiter's are rude, barley anyone speaks English. Its located on top of a hill so going to mosque is a pain. It's a proper hike. Shuttle bus only takes you 100 meters away. Room is tiny as it can get. It's clean ish. Housekeeping services require to you to pay extra (the staff asks for money) other wise you get nothing. Food is not bad but expensive for the quality u get. If u want a convenient hotel look else where. If it's budget then this is not bad. I would not recommend to anyone. Even the waiter said its not even 1 star hotel and they got the ratings because of their connection's. Or they bought it.

Don't even deserve one star room soon bad and smell like a wetty Un clean bathroom the carpet smells so discusting n the bathroom not even clean the sink was broking and really so bad n when we call them about this they gave us another room with the same problem Not clean room serves are so roud we called them like a million times till one came n just but some perfume n fight us that we shouldn't asked to come to clean the room.
