1-رغم سرعة اﻹستجابة لبعض الطلبات، اﻻ ان خدمة اﻹنترنت سيئة جداً. حيث انني لم استفد منها أبداً. واﻷسوأ من ذلك. عدم استجابة موظفي الفندق لطلبي بحاجتي الماسة إلى اﻹنترنت ﻹرسال رسائل هامة لمكان عملي. ولمتابعة بعض اﻷمور الخاصة بالعمل. وقد جعلني استعمل بيانات الموبايل. وكلفني مبالغ ليست قليلة. وهذا سبب لي حالة توتر وعصببة انعكست على امور عملي وعلي نفسياً ومعنويا. 2-اعتقد انكم بحاجة الى ان تكونوا اكثر سرعة في توفير الخدمة للنزﻻء. حتى لو كلفكم ذلك أموالاً طائلة. ﻷن سمعة فندقكم ستتشوه وربما تتعرض للكسر. ولن يتم اصﻻحها بالوقت والسرعة المطلوبين. خاصة في هذه اﻷوقات… فلتحرصوا على سمعتكم. فهي رأسمالكم. ان كسرت لن يتم جبرها… هذه نصيحة.

We revived one towel for more than one week. They never clean your room. They never take out the trash. Elevatorsystem is crazy. You can wait for the elevator for ever. The staff just sit in the lobby with their phones and don't put any effort on providing any service. You also need to bring with you toilet paper as the hotel only provide 2 cheap rolls of paper. The bathroom stinks. Service: 0 out of 10 Staff: 3 out of 10 Clean: 0 out of 10
