I checked in on the first night to a used room — which is not ready for us There were many cigarettes, the cups are used and not cleaned, same for the restroom! Abdullah, The manager apologized to us, they directly gave a better cleaned room. Nice view of the Haram. They have good prayer hall, which has inside it (restrooms). Yet you can go there only IF YOU HAVE the room magnetic CARD for residents. The men prayer hall is on B3 The women's is on C4 Happy Stay 4 all.

What an experience. I lost my wallet at Starbucks. Got a call from the night duty manager in 10 minutes. Had a lot of money and credit cards. Returned so quickly that I didn't even realize I had lost it. Fantastic people. They made me count the money. Food is fantastic. Staff is the most cooperative people I have ever met. Very happy that I am staying at this place. Absolutely sure that I will return again to the same hotel.

One of my best experiences was staying in Conrad Makkah, the room was very big and well furnished. Very big bathroom with three separated sections: washroom, shower area and the sink. High quality furniture and good size two queen beds. The breakfast is a different story, the buffet was great and too many different types of food was available all the time. The haram view was not that good, but they mentioned before that it's only partial view. Actually I dont think that next time I will book the rooms with view, for the same price you can get a good room in the executive floor. The price was not very expensive.

Maybe, this is the best hotel at Makkah, near to the Haram, just across Ibrahim Al Khalil road, clean and new facilities, friendly staff. The room is big enough form a small family. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a lot of varieties. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the elevators, they take you from your floor to the entrance, not like the hassle of the Clock Towers where you have to ride 2 lifts to reach to the Ground floor. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helping you with big worm smile, and special thanks to Hussam at the front desk, he was a real example for the great Saudi hospitality.

Dropped one star in my rating because of a bit if foul smell from air conditioning in our room which they weren't able to fix and said it just exists here in the rooms despite it not being there in the next doors room.

Hotel is well situated and relatively easy to. Get to the haram. It also allows access to the new area which is being built, and that tends to be significantly quieter, especially on Fridays. In terms of the rooms they are massive comparative to other hotels. It is very spacious with a nice area for dressing and a huge bathroom. Breakfast is not the best I have had but is definitely well catered for so all in all worth it.

As a Saudi guy who visit Makkah always, this is one of best places I’ve ever been. Close to the Harm: 1 minuet walking Have mall that has 4 levels The 4th level there are many different kinds of restaurants. The hotel workers are the best Every thing here is fantastic.

What can I say… Exceeded all my expectations… Definitely the place to be in Makkah. Although it is fairly new… It will be a successful hotel in the years to come. Rooms are awesome, Breakfast is the best I had & the staff are very accommodating. If I ever make it to come to Makkah again, I will be staying here again for sure.

3 stars hotel in the name of a 5 stars. Sleazy service and poor guest relations. Countless flaws wherever you go in this hotel. I am offering the manager a free tour in the Conrads of the region to see if they offer canned fruits and canned juices in the buffet breakfast other than his crabby hotel.

The hotel is obviously one of the best accommodation around Haram. I love the little corner of welcome drink stuff, it's such a thoughtful idea whilst client were waiting to be assisted by any of wonderful Conrad's staff or manager.

Simply best hotel in Makkah, amazing staff, fantastic location, beautiful place. Fully satisfied with the overall Service. Will be back for sure.

One the best hotels I have stayed in Makkah. Pics are accurate and room, bathroom, lobby, breakfast are all really luxurious. Staff very courteous. Easy and quicker access to haram than hotels in the Clock Tower as one lift gets you to your room floor to haram floor (unlike clock tower where u need to change lifts at least once)

One of the best hotels I have been to, the staff were very kind and helpful, room was big with double two king size beds. Really recommended.

Excellent hotel beautiful haram views and best of all excellent staff very friendly and will go out of way to help, especially the gentlemen Naveed in the restaurant. I will always come back to this hotel and will highly recommend others.

Toronto, Canada. Staying March 13, March 19, 2017. We found this hotel fabulous. I would say beyond 5 star. Hotel staff very friendly & professional. Morning breakfast was the best breakfast you can ask. Restaurant manager Mr. Rashid was making sure every guest has been taken care. Mr. Sabre hotel manager was great! I would suggest everyone who wants spiritual experience along with luxurious experience should stay at Conrad Mecca.

Amazing breakfast large rooms clean bathrooms I didn't try the lunch or dinner options it's windows had a good view of the haram.

A good hotel among the many options now popping up in Makkah. My room was exceptionally spacious but that's true for other rooms as well. The room service is ok, but the al-meeraaj restaurant downstairs is better if you can make out time for that. It's also new so that just makes it better when you know the stuff you are sleeping and bathing in is less used.
