I really enjoyed staying in that hotel Clean rooms great service Quiet And great receptionnel service.

اوتيل لابأس به. نظيف ومرتب. خدمه الباصات للحرم ممتازه. الباص من امام الفندق كل ساعه ونصف تقريبا و اوقات الصلوات. الفطار بنظام البوفيه المفتوح. افطار خفيف او بلغه الفنادق : كونتيننتال. علي ايه حال لابأس به اعطيه 7 من عشره كجوده وسرعه اعاده ملئ للاطباق الخاويه. مكان الفندق ممتاز و بالقرب من مطاعم شهيره كالبيك والطازج. يوجد مركن في الفندق و خارجه.

A good hotel with good customer service. The rooms are clean, well furnished and of good size. It is a little bit away from the Haram but the hotel provides a very good, timely and free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. I have uploaded the current timetable (March 2018) of the shuttle bus service and would recommend increasing the frequency of the service. The breakfast had a good range to choose from. Overall the hotel is value for money.

One of the best property in Makkah. The service is suberb and the triple room that we had room 313 is by far the largest in Makkah. The breakfast spread is by far the best… Would luv to return…

تجربتي معاه كانت تجربة تستحق التكرار بإذن الله… كلنا نهتم بالنظافه لذا انصحكم به جداً… الاستقبال ممتاز… واهم شي الترتيب والاضاءه داخل الغرف… ويوجد موقف سيارات وتوصيل باص ياخدك للحرم… يعني سيارتك في امان الله انا بامانه اعطيه 10 من 10 وخاصه للعنده اطفال وما يحب يوجع راسه… ودمتم سالمين

Can enjoy better facilities at a cheaper price with shuttle bus service between hotel and harram Makkah.

Terrible place, dirty rooms, towels have black spots, no coffee stirrers, reception is empty most of the time, on-site coffee shop is very bad, and closed almost all the time, staff are rude and disrespectful. Never coming back again.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Room is spacious. It smells like pee all the time and think it comes form the A/C. Free parking. Not far from ALBAIK restaurant. Good price for budget.

I have stayed there at least three times. On a budget it is a good hotel. Not on the main road not very close to restaurants but on a. It of a walk. Rooms are always acceptably clean. Good bang for your buck. Hey you are not paying holiday inn prices so why would you expect same standard.

Top Hotel, very cheap, better than most 5 starts hotel, take a taxi for haram only 10 Riyal, good breakfast, the rooms and beds are superb and excellent. Good area for shopping.

This 4 * hotel located near Haram Masjid 5 KM awa from Haram. I had great experince in this hotel. No complain and well maintain. Good security.

Rude Staff Reception ignores guests phone calls. No irons are available for guests and they have no stock and promise to send it you when it arrives. Priority is given to Arabs and difficult to communicate if you are familiar with English and not Arabic. Please note that this is my experience and do not let it affect you coming to Saudi.

Newly built. Pleasant staff and reception Cleaning not done daily. Can ask for it Shuttle service inefficient. Not regular as advertised.

Very rude manager. I think he is Egyptian. He said that they don't answer the phones because they are not hungry. He cares less about the customers. To come back from the Haram during the day expect to wait under 100 degree outside no shades.
