It became so old even it still good. Except the restaurant is the worst.

Reserved the sea food buffet via coboun for seven people and unfortunately the service was not good at all since only one person was serving the whole restaurant. Moreover, lacking variety of dishes in the buffet which had only 6 dishes! The refill of each dish in the buffet took 20 minutes making the people wait for long time.

Nice hotel… 450sr per day with breakfast… First time in Jeddah and stayed in this hotel. Service is good. Some staff members are from Bangladesh and Pakistan.

The hotel has been in the years but clean and tidy. It only worked one of four elevators. There's only one restaurant left. This is very expensive but good and suitable for European palates.

It’s veeery old and the location is bad you can’t go out and in easly. The elevators are small and the corridors too. The good things about it is the price and the rooms are clean.

Not much of a good place. Doesnt keep up with the brand name. Pool and health club only open at 2pm. So no morning workout possible. Food isnt that good. I dont recommend it at all.

Worst experience ever, there are hardly any staff in the hotel. As expensive as a 7 star hotel and as pathetic as a 3rd class service. You call to reception, house keeping, room service wat ever, no one responds. There are 4 elevators and only one works.

Location is a bit crowdy, just good for business stay not for leasure. Also, car park is impossible.

The hotel service was very good. Staff were caring, accommodation was clean, tidy and quiet, and conference rooms were really well equipped. However, the hotel management must consider the safety aspects of the shower tubs which were slippery. I stayed in room 2406 and fell down in the shower tub while having a shower. As a result, I have been suffering from bruises and muscle aches in my ribs for four weeks up to the moment of writing this message.

Love their taste of dining recipes… Neatly assembled dining halls. And rooms made simply cool.

Business Conference: Things in the morning starts with unexpected worst surprises: — HDMI Cables are not working. Your service supervisor straight away refuses to help saying that I am not a technician! Finally, you have to beg the waiter and they help you to get the things temporarily sorted out. — Due to water leakage or some other reasons, fall ceiling are in worst condition. (See the photo) — Next day, they changed the cable but new one is exposed and black cable can be seen hanging on ceiling. Everybody is distracted to watch the presentation. (See the photo) — Please, please, please avoid this place for your business conferences. — Many others are available in Jeddah at even better rates providing better services. Rooms: -Old, with stinky smell. Even far low priced hotels might be providing better airy rooms and this. Billing and Checkout: -Various mistakes and additional items were found in the bill. -We had to check with each and every participant as the reception did not have their actual checkout details available. -Finally they agreed, but it took them more than 2 HOURS to prepare the revised bill! What a great checkout experience!
