It's Kinda Nice, The pool is fantastic But The View From Room (301) Was not so great the other building Was Blocking the View. But The Great This is I saw a bird laying an egg and the nest.

This hotel is considered to be one of Radisson Blu Hotels Chain, however, unfortunately, it does NOT meet the Radisson Blu standards. First of all, the reception clerk (Amani) is the worst reception clerk I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional work and rudeness. She clearly doesn’t have a clue of how to treat hotel guests! Two days after doing the checkout, I was charged an additional amount from the hotel without my authorization for no reason! Do you call this honest work? This’s considered to be stealing residences’ informations (identity theft) “illegal. ” I will never stay in this hotel again. I’ve tried to contact the manager to solve my problem but unfortunately I couldn’t reach him. Poor management! Very bad experience! This particular hotel damaged and ruined the reputation of Radisson Blue chain! Save your money and don’t book rooms in this hotel. There are many other “good” hotels in the same area with outstanding costumer services.

I have no idea how they ranked 4 stars! Nothing works properly, balcony doesn't lock… moved 2 times, old poorly constructed rooms, not as clean as they should be. Not your standard Radisson Blu for sure.

Location was great, the hotel amenities were lacking, for example there wasn't a toothbrash and toothpaste or complimentary nescafe. However, the room was quiet, spacious and clean.

Professional services, best in class Hospitality. This is 5* or above. There are no hotels or coffee shops near by 1km. There are few luxury juice & burger store. Also, there are several other attractions. Most of the big shoppers malls are near by 2-5kms range.

Clean, good breakfast spread and excellent service at every level. Room is well appointed. Some initial Wi-Fi issues were immediately addressed by attentive staff.

I went to breakfast buffet it was very good but 100 SR is to much for it go if u have a coban or if they have an offer.

Ok location, but despite being relatively new (I've watched it appear whilst staying at other nearby hotels) it feels quite date in the rooms. The small room was, quite literally, very small (the smallest I've been in in Saudi, and smaller than many tight inner city hotel rooms I've been in in other locations). Air-conditioning is noisy and seemed to struggle (this was the height of summer). Noise also travels easily in the buildings. The staff, however, were polite and friendly, and the price is OK (although there are better options nearby for nearly the same money). It's close to the mall and a small market shop for bits and pieces. Despite being near a building site it's largely quiet in the area. The shared areas are clean and dry cleaning service good (fast and effective).

Good experience, the staff are welcoming and very friendly, the Saudi receptionists are very helpful and professional. Go girls.

We went in ramadan as family with entertainer but they reject our booking with entertainer at al iftar time.

I was there for suhoor buffet. It had a nice spread but they could have kept more options in breads and desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's location is very near to Aramco, AlRashid Mall and Dhahran mall.

Very tall building my biggest hotel I've ever been in hotel had nice rooms nothing bad I loved the view it was astonishing I want to come back.
