Worst hotel ever. The attitude of the staff was terrible. If they don’t like their job and dont understand they are in service industry, they should look for another job.
Showers are the worst of the worst, unworthy of a 4 stars hotel. We were four guests, two rooms and they have us 2 key rooms, we lost one key and they said they did not have another key and did not seem to care to leave one room in the dark.
All in all, the worst of the worst.

Breakfast well stocked even for those with food intolerances. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is very large and the common spaces manicured.

Staff available. We asked to keep the room over the hours and didn't charge us a penny. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast varies and fresh. Restaurant for lunch not up to par. Terrace with comfortable pool. Definitely.

Party at the rooftoop and consequently also in the room, but we are kidding?! Disco ball music until 1 a. M. I was a client of the facility for a congress, very physically and mentally demanding, it arrives evening and finally. You dance. The reception? "Oh don't worry it's so only every 15 days"

Just finished our stay after almost 2 weeks of FIBA Euro C basketball. Massive thanks to one of the staff members Aziz who always went above and beyond to help our team in every way. Never without a smile and nothing was a problem for him. Rooms cleaned regularly and it’s a brilliant corporate facility.

This year is the third time that by personal training I go to San Marino.

The rooms are spacious and the bedding of good quality. The welcome is always very friendly and the peaceful environment. The big plus: the terrace on the roof and the indoor pool. (Attention bathing cap mandatory! On sale at the reception…)
The least: the gym is very rudimentary.

At the reception we were greeted with much sufficiency and almost bothered… The next morning wake up with a bad back… Very expensive restaurant for food that we seemed to be in the hospital. We must return to S. Marino but we will change hotel.

Everything at the top. Also accepted cats I was in this hotel for a. Felina Expo. Comfortable underground parking.

Structure with so much potential, immense, so many rooms and not lowercase, unfortunately some things in structural terms should be revised or at least retouched, you can not see mold stains, in the rooms holes of (barrel/punches/kicks in the walls left without Take care of it) or carpet in the corridors worn and stained in 2017 almost 2018… but above all it is to be revised the kitchen staff… I speak as head Chef… a 4 * Hotel can not absolutely have a level of menu and care in the lowest dishes of taverns/trattorias and without wishing Offending the latter… you can offer more to your customers… I will come back and my family but I would like to see Improvments… spectacular the heated swimming pool and maxi Whirlpool, superb conference center and convenient underground parking free.

Great hotel with wellness and heated swimming pool open to all. Great rooms and room service great. Varied breakfast with a wide range of pastries and savoury. So is the kitchen of the restaurant in the evening: a little high-sounding menu for dishes not prepared just masterfully.

Perfect rooms (tried three different ones), very large and clean bathroom (s). All the members of staff are very kind and very professional.

Stayed for three days on New Year's Eve, clean rooms and worthy of a 4 star hotel, very friendly staff, I used a nice pool, indoors, sadly very crowded.
Note: The restaurant is definitely not at the height of the hotel, little choice on the menu ' and nice dishes to see but not very good. However the breakfast buffet is giant and offers from the sweet to the salty!

We booked today for tomorrow, finding the last available room which in fact was for person with disabilities, we took it… Nice, spotless and large, lacked the slippers and the baby's bed, but they proceeded immediately and with kindness, the dinner great, really deserves 5 stars.

The Hotel is located on the main street in Seravalle while proceeding towards San Marino City Centre. The room (a basic double) was very comfortable and spacious (with an adjoining small courtyard as well! ) provided with a working table, large wardrobe, electronic safe and mini bar. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a variety of fruits, juices, tea/coffee, cereals, toasts, yoghurt, croissants and biscuits. The Conference Room (Cleopatra Room) can seat 225-250 guests with all conference facilities with a fairly large ante-room for registration and networking. Free Wi-Fi facility is provided in the rooms as well and a computer with printer facilities is also available for use by the guests in the hotel lobby. You can engage a taxi for 3 hours to visit the various attractions at the historic city centre, 5 kms. Away, at a charge of 75 Euros approx. Buses leave for Rimini Station in Italy from the opposite side of the street at one-hour intervals starting from 7.30 AM, charging a fare of 3-4 Euros. As the Hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, and close to beach city Rimini also, stay at the Best Western Palace Hotel while visiting San Marino is highly recommended. The only thing missing here is a 24-hour coffee shop.

Great place to stay lovely people and a roof top pool to die for.

We stayed this Christmas (2016) and that say the place and wonderful breakfast plentiful and TT good I liked everything for I would have preferred a more modern room the bathroom mi and piacciuto very perchw ce plenty of space and then having ank a small child and was very comfortable. Then what about the staff I the day before I went away I had made a lamp and I had a colana of gold K I had put ne bathrobe and forgot them on the day K we left after 1 hour I had realized K nn I had the necklace so I called in the tree And I asked if they had found a necklace and then they called me back and they said yes. X This I choose to make 5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely return.

We booked a twin room (with confirmation received months in advance). Upon arrival it became clear that they had given the twin room to a group attending a seminar. I don't think much of the customer service level, if they disregard a previously confirmed request.

Great place for board game convention. Parking, room and bathrooms prefects. After the third year, I can say that the judgment is always very positive.

I visited the DADICOM at the event, held in the hotel. Spacious and well cared for.

The NOH (associazione sammarinese historical games) held at Best Western Palace hotel in sanarino the SMGC — san marino game convention. Charming and welcoming venue, the Conference rooms equipped and comfortable were the stage at the event.
