A good hotel for stay with Indian and Italian restaurant. A good swimming pool and best view of Kigali.

Such a nice pool with a good view! There was even super nice live music all day at the pool when we came and the waiters are super friendly! Great place to be.

The hotel has a good stylish decor in general. It has a decent gym, & the Billionaires club has a very good ambience with a separate open-air section & a reasonably priced menu. The pool looks very clean too & the waiters are friendly. Seems like a good place to stay, or hang out for non-residents.

What a beautiful hotel with great location and beautiful view of Kigali. The food is amazing and the outlets are giving lots of options to spend good time. Near the Golf Course for Golf lovers.

The Service and the Staff are excellent. The gym and staff are amazing and always welcoming.

Cockroach in food. Dirty hotel. Beware go somewhere else there is better options in Kigali and cheaper than this dump.

There was little black mites in the bed. Even in my friends rooms the hotel is infested with them and lots of cockroaches around.

Nice weekend outing & they have Sardar Indian Restaurant, swimming pool with sauna & steam facility.

Good place to relaxing, good atmosphere background, staffs and people around all of them kind. Good gym material because I m mismarised that. Good swimming pool no time hours to swim. Good I feel so happy.

Affordable and fully equipped gym (approx. 35k RWF/month) — with a large variety of dumbbells, weight machines and cardio machines. The hotel also has quite the selection of restaurants in it, such as: Italian and oriental as well as an Irish lounge/bar haha. Great pool for kids without the steep price compared to other hotel pools in town. *The view from this hotel is BREATHTAKING.

The options on the menu are widely various. The staffs have a great smile which is most important. Service was great too. I’ll come back.

Dumpy place. Lots of cigarette smoke. Really expensive rooms. And pool right out in the middle of everything so you can be sure that you'll have an audience of onlookers.

Wonderful place to stay in, I love the rooms with the city view, the staff is super. Food so amazing especially the Italian food.

The food is good. 3 Variety of cuisines. However, most of the waiters that I have interacted with are not rwandans and don't speak english or french or kinyarwanda. You wonder if Luganda is used here.

Super fast internet. You can be served very good meal even at midnight. Service is excellent!

This hotel give good breakfast for their guest and they have pool, Gym, sauna and hair dresser on ground floor near entrance, and gift shop.

Pakistani runned hotel, Indian chef, lovely place, city view, Punjabi food. Overall good place, and must visit.

The hotel is situated in the relatively new residential district of Kigali. The first time we stayed the service was excellent, as was access to Wi-Fi in our third floor room. Our stay was only marred by the non-functional elevator and a mediocre breakfast buffet. The second day we came back, however, the room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. When we were allowed in, the room was clean, but had a strong antiseptic smell and a section of the carpet was damp. For some reason, the Wi-Fi codes they had given us were not working, so we had to go back to the front desk a few times to get access issues resolved. The hotel's Italian restaurant is pretty good and the staff was very good about packing us an early bag breakfast to take on the plane with us for our 5 a. M. Departure.

I stayed here for week and never felt out of home. Sevices provided by hotel are perfect. There are many options available for food like continental, chinese, Indian etc. I liked their Indian food and had never thought that it can be available in Africa with the same taste of India. Kudos to Abbass and Emannuel for the home like services provided. Heads off to Hotel Chef also. Thanks to the Manor Hotel team, it changed my mind set about Africa.
