➜ Truly a heavenly place 👍 we rested from 19.07 to 23.07. The guest house is 200 meters from the Pushkin Gallery, from which the most beautiful places in Zheleznovodsk begin. Evening walks with a lot of impressions of local beauties. The hostess of the guest house is a friendly beauty💃 Despite the early check-in, she warmly welcomed us and checked us into cozy, clean rooms. Moreover, we booked a simple room, but settled us in a two-room suite of the highest category, for the price of a simple room. For which I am very grateful to her 😍 In the cafe they fed us delicious breakfasts 👍 and then we asked for lunch and dinner ourselves, since the cook with golden hands cooks very tasty) And we also went to the bathhouse with a pool, took a steam bath, and swam. Just super thanks ❤️ I really liked everything. Thank you very much to the owner! 😍

And it was terrible! No quibbles or comparisons, just terrible. Consider there is no breakfast at the hotel, and expect to have to eat outside the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights (November holidays). All days were served: rice and sausage/green peas and buckwheat+sausage, cottage cheese and sour cream (it was good). One day they served sausage and rice covered in hot sauce🤦♀️
Administrator Yulia added spice to the dishes with her appearance; I have never met a more unfriendly administrator, and I travel often…
Moreover, we arrived late in the evening, called Yulia to clarify about breakfast time, she replied that you would wake up any time. The next day we came down at 10.15 she said that breakfast was already over and we didn’t have time, but I’ll feed you anyway😅.

Knyazhna Meri Mini-Hotel (sleeping and medical buildings with guest rooms) is located in the Lermontovsky Square of the resort town of Zheleznovodsk at the entrance to the medical park, opposite the Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God, in close proximity to the pump rooms of mineral springs (Lermontovsky, Slavyanovsky) in historical buildings of the late XIX-early XX century, have undergone restoration.

The impression is twofold.
Cons: small ants everywhere: at the reception, in the kettle of water, in the bed; Warm water in the shower barely flows (there was no hot water, although it was drained, as the administrator warned upon check-in, for at least an hour), there was no hairdryer, there were dishes and a dirty plastic knife in the room. Payment: on the website a single room is 1700 rubles, in fact they charged 2000 rubles (upon arrival, as expected at 14:00, check-out at 12:00)
Pros: excellent location, everything is nearby; comfortable mattress, snow-white linen, TV, refrigerator, shower/toilet/air conditioner; quiet location, parking, beautiful views. There is a swimming pool (I don’t know whether it’s paid or not)
Special thanks to the dining room: the cook cooks super, the portions are good: 350 rubles breakfast, 450 rubles dinner, 500 rubles lunch.
I don’t recommend it because of the ants!
