➜ I do not recommend visiting this establishment. We were looking forward to the end of our vacation so we could leave this hotel. The hotel is old, it hasn't been renovated for about 20 years. "Tired" furniture, weak air conditioning, thin double-glazed windows, the audibility of neighboring rooms is very strong. Breakfasts are quite meager, a woman can still eat enough, but a man always left the table hungry and finished his meal in another establishment, which was not always convenient. The hotel administration simply left everything to chance, and does not deal with current issues at all. The shower in our room was leaking, but no one responded to our request to replace or fix it. There are also problems with hot water, it flows either boiling water or cold, it is not possible to swim properly. There was a strong smell of cats in the hall and along the corridors, a so-so phenomenon for non-lover of animals. In a word, I do not recommend this hotel for visiting!

Excellent hotel! Located on Kurortny Boulevard. Within walking distance of the Narzan gallery and the entrance to the park. The hotel is very clean, beautiful and cozy. The room has everything you need. Breakfast to choose from (not a buffet). The choice is not too varied, but everything is fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly. We were satisfied.
