Guesthouse Skazka na Yaroshenko Hotel

This is our second time staying at Skazka. The location is excellent, 7 minutes walk to the gallery, 7 minutes to the park. Opposite is the Yaroshenko Museum. The street is quiet. The house is very warm and pleasant to come after walking in the mountains. The house is decorated like a fairytale hut. The hostess is like the fabulous Alyonushka. There is a terrace with a barbecue, a sink and everything you need for a barbecue. If you are planning to count towels and measure the illumination of a room like in the "Revisoro" program, then this is not the place for you. And if you want to feel the sincerity in every little detail and the responsiveness of the owners, then I recommend it!

We visited Skazka in December 2018. A large company of 9 people, everyone stayed in a guest house. The house has 4 rooms, all stylized in wood, everything you need is there (linen, bedding, soap), the kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, refrigerator, extractor hood, stove, kettle). Price/quality — excellent. The guest house itself is located on the territory of the resort park, the Narzan gallery is a 7-minute walk away. A 2-minute walk is a temple with a wonderful refectory at “divine prices” :), breakfast for 9 people “all inclusive” cost 1200₽ :).
The owner of the house, Natalya, is a very hospitable person, she received our large and noisy company with true Caucasian hospitality:). I recommend. 👍👍👍

Everything was wonderful! Starting with the fact that we were met at the station and taken to the hotel for free. Although you can’t call it a hotel in the usual sense. People pass by and always turn around and look, because… he is very unusual even in appearance.
The set of amenities in the room is complete and thoughtful, but… the room itself (we had a “gold” deluxe category) is very original, with a “zest”. Trimmed with wood. The theme of the design is permeated with love, romance, slight irony and constantly brought a smile. One huge bed on ropes is worth it!
In the equipped kitchen corner you can prepare not only hot food (the necessary set of dishes is there), but also brew coffee (there is even a Turkish coffee pot).
The cleaning was carried out thoroughly. The owners are very concerned about the comfort of vacationers. Treat yourself to matsoni, Ossetian pies and even champagne for the New Year! Well, isn't it a fairy tale?!
The location of the hotel is excellent. Nearby is the entrance to the park, and the Orthodox cathedral with its bells ringing, and the refectory next to it, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food in a clean and special, pleasant atmosphere. Opposite is the museum of the artist Yaroshenko, where you can see wonderful paintings. And there are several sanatoriums very close by where you can buy medical procedures if you wish.

Visiting a fairy tale, old friends, Caucasian nature, silence and mountain air. Excellent location of the hotel, center. Five minutes to the park and Narzan gallery and mirror stream. Large, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Comfortable holiday with children. The car can be parked right under the windows. Attentive and caring owners.

Wonderful mini-hotel! Located opposite the resort park, the street is quiet, there is somewhere to park your car, parking is under video surveillance. And at the same time, this is a central location, next to the resort park and St. Nicholas Cathedral.
The design of the hotel is original wood finishing, made by the hands of the owner Timur. This is truly a little fairy tale for a traveler. The rooms are clean, equipped with everything you need — stove, utensils (pots, frying pans, plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc. ), even sugar, salt, spices! The mattresses are comfortable, you sleep great. There are a lot of shelves in the room, there is room to put things and put a laptop. There is a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, table, chairs, and many outlets. Good Wi-Fi. We stayed in a room for four people; there was an alcove added to the standard room, which could easily accommodate, if not two adults, then an adult + a child, or two children easily. And the children really like it there. There is a large veranda outside, decorated with flowers, where you can eat or drink tea in the fresh air without attracting prying eyes. There is a barbecue, grill, and a cooler with mountain water.
And most importantly, the hospitable hosts, Timur and Natalya, greeted us like family, showed us and told us everything, and even treated us to fresh village products. I highly recommend this mini-hotel and will definitely stay here on my next visit.
