Don't even know where to start! Only now understand where we are. Drove from Georgia with a friend via Vladikavkaz, needed one night in a hotel and its great we chose the wooded area. Go to the hotel, the reception at the "met" administrator Larissa. With such rudeness and lack of professionalism we encountered at the hotel for the first time and was shocked! The man who is absolutely not able to communicate with people, rude, talk at YOU… literally: "Go to sleep or leave! ". My friend and I booked a room with two beds, it was not our questions to answer: "I don't want to talk to you, go to sleep or leave! There is a video recording of this dialogue, we could not resist, turned on the camera. In the lobby of the hotel, near the reception Desk, on the couch for guests, spread out the bed! We arrived at 2 am, so at 8am we caught the administrator, on the sofa, under the blankets. By the way, Breakfast from 7 am, and her bed spread! About the hotel in General is just awful, the dirt, all smoky, Smoking right on the floor in the hotel. This is not a hotel it is a house, any taxi driver will tell You that there "girls" lead before the sauna was. Do you know why in the end there is not one negative review? But because the same Larissa cancels the reservation on Booking, as if we were not there and You will not!
