The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the sea coast and the beach, which was very convenient for my parents, who were guests of the hotel.
We stayed in a standard room for the first time (2 separate beds). I really liked both the convenience and the cleanliness. The room had a balcony overlooking the street and mountains. You could sit comfortably in the evening with wine and fruit.
It was not possible to have breakfast or eat at all at the hotel. The kitchen didn't work ( ( (

The hotel is within walking distance from the beach. Literally 5 minutes.
The room is spacious, the bed linen is excellent, towels are changed daily. Cleaning at a time convenient for you.
The cleanliness is just perfect, nothing to complain about. The maid is simply beautiful! Thank them very much.
All administrators are kind, positive ladies. They are always ready to help with little things, and will also tell you where and when to go in Tuapse. Thanks to them too.

The room was clean, the staff was very polite and friendly; 10 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, within walking distance of shops/cafes;
For some reason, when cleaning the rooms, they did not change the cups for tea/coffee (the ones that were originally in the room), but I don’t know if this is included in cleaning in principle) towels were changed daily, there are no questions about that; It’s a pity that there was no food, but there are 2 restaurants a stone’s throw from the hotel.

Close to the sea, nice clean rooms, there is an opportunity to hang laundry on the balconies. I liked how the bathroom was equipped.
Old furniture and equipment in the rooms that requires replacement: an electric kettle with a broken lid, it boils well, but you can get burned by the steam, the refrigerator does not cool well (a 0.5 liter bottle of water took 6-8 hours to become cold, a carton of milk did not cool as a result sour), internet Wi-Fi is available but weak, showing 2/3 of the sticks. The most unpleasant problem was the water in the taps: it is not advisable to drink it with bleach, it’s good for showers, etc. There are coolers in the corridors but there is no person to change the water in them, they ask one of the guests to do this, because of this often there was no water in the cooler.

I didn't expect this when I booked the hotel. Very big room! a huge double bed, and most importantly for me, a lot of pillows, it was comfortable to sleep. Large bathroom, hairdryer available in the room. There is also a teapot, cups, plates and forks — it was very convenient. Small refrigerator + air conditioner. There was no balcony, but we managed just fine without it — there is a dryer in the room.
5 minutes walk to the sea.
The hotel has a restaurant, in principle, you can choose any dish for yourself. If you don’t like eating at the hotel, there are many cafes and a canteen nearby.
