Excellenct Location & Service. Very nice Hotel Resort.
➜ The territory is the most beautiful — it is as if the continuation of the Sochi arboretum: spruces, firs, oaks, maples, chestnuts, palm trees. You can't list everything. The hotel is especially good in the off-season and winter. Even when it's full, it seems like there aren't many people.
Yes the quality of service, sometimes not on 5 stars, but it is mainly in restaurants (come across waiters with a bright touch of "scoop", they are always right! ) but it is easy to fight, they are quickly corrected! There is: its own beach, indoor and outdoor pools, children's playground, children's room, children's menu, good spa, baths, excellent masseurs, nurse, cinema (you can book for private viewing — and it's free), electric cars.
Another big "minus" — it's beds, they are uncomfortable, apparently very old.
Surprisingly, I left my review a couple of years ago, and the beds since then are all just as uncomfortable. Or even worse.!
But the kitchen has changed for the better! Tasty, modern, healthy! Thank you!
