Everything is wonderful! Perfect cleanliness, cleaned every day. Snow-white towels! The most comfortable mattresses and pillows. And, of course, the best hostess is Marina! The best guest house on the coast!. Everything else is Loo's own costs.

Very convenient location, quiet place, but close to the sea and shops, cafes, canteens.
Meals are not included, there is a good kitchen for self-cooking, a grill area where you can fry shish kebab, vegetables and whatever you want👍
The bed is good, the mattress is not dented, the linen is fresh and clean. The bathroom and toilet have all the necessary facilities, I am satisfied.
The room is clean, daily cleaning.
We were greeted well, the staff is super.

This is our second year coming to this guest house and we really like it. Quiet, cozy. The rooms are cleaned every day, the area is well maintained, and there is a swimming pool. The walk to the sea is 5 minutes maximum, within walking distance are shops (Pyaterochka, Magnit) Canteens and cafes are also a five-minute walk. The Mountain Air station is nearby, which is a big plus. In general, we like everything.
The beds are comfortable, the linens are like in a five star hotel. Everything is clean, the towels are perfectly white. The air conditioning worked great, there were no problems with water, the room had a TV and a small refrigerator.
The hotel is cozy and clean, just like the room itself.
We were greeted warmly, all questions that arose were answered quickly.

Good location, mountain air to the beach 5 minutes. The beach has all the entertainment. There is also a small water park from the boarding house “Mountain Air” that you can visit, just right for children. There is a railway station in the same direction; trains run regularly towards Sochi.
The hotel has a kitchen with everything you need. There is a canteen two minutes away, the prices are adequate and the food is delicious.
The rooms are clean and pleasant. The room has everything you need, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning.
The staff is very polite. Everything was told and shown. We arrived at night, we were greeted and checked in, and in the morning everything was calmly arranged.
Recommendation: do not go from Sochi to Loo by bus! If you drive for 2 hours in the heat in a traffic jam, it’s better to wait for the train.

The place is very wonderful, the sea is three minutes away, shops, canteens, markets, cafes — everything is nearby, and the owner… Overall SUPER! will do everything, I am a person with experience, albeit European, I haven’t been to the Black Sea coast for 20 years, I guarantee that any request and wish will be fulfilled, Marina, thank you very much! It took us half an hour to get to Sochi by train, we found ourselves in not very good weather, and thanks to the hostess we didn’t regret coming even once, the bottom line: I recommend it, you won’t regret it.
