This hotel, like everywhere else, has its pros and cons. Others will write the pros, I will write the cons that I noticed. 1. To get to the hotel you have to go up a steep climb and across the road where trucks are flying, it’s generally not an option to cross there with children. There are no pedestrians anywhere there. 2. We had a standard room on the 4th floor. There is no elevator there. The hood in the toilet does not work well, there is a constant smell of dampness. The bed consisted of 2 mattresses, which was extremely uncomfortable, because a 10-15 cm hole was constantly forming. We informed the administrator about this problem, to which we only received “good rooms are booked in winter. ” It’s somehow sad that everyone pays the same amount of money, but we got such a mattress. Naturally, no one offered us to move.
The price includes breakfast. And there is a set menu option for lunch and dinner. The food in the complex is average. As far as I remember, 350 lunch and 300 dinner per person. For breakfast there is always a variety of cereals, then omelettes, casseroles, etc. Lunch was almost always delicious. Dinner was a let down. One evening there were just dumplings and a salad consisting simply of chopped beets. (For 300 rubles, store-bought dumplings seem like too much) A couple of times we ordered dinner from the menu (very inexpensive).

The service is 100 points, the waitress girls try very hard. The owner of the hotel, Grigor Livaevich, and the administrator, Olga, are friendly, it’s immediately clear that they love their hotel very much, because everything is organized perfectly! This is not just any canteen, but a restaurant that serves delicious and varied dishes. Very tasty homemade wine. The prices are affordable.

We rested from July 21 to August 2. Excellent hotel! A very cozy atmosphere created by hospitable owners and polite staff.
The food is very tasty, breakfasts and lunches are varied and filling, you won’t go hungry. Breakfasts and set lunches are served very quickly. We always ordered dinner in advance for a certain time, so we didn’t have to wait. Be sure to try fish on the grill, shashlik, seafood pizza, cheesecake, as well as their homemade wine😻 In general, everything is deliciously prepared and the prices are pleasing.
The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. Nice view of the sea, although we were on the first floor.
The hotel area is well equipped, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a children's playground, a swimming pool of varying depths, suitable for both children and adults.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, there is an equipped beach with free sun loungers. The hotel is located on a mountain, but for us it was not difficult to climb the mountain. Near the hotel there are grocery stores and a mountain air station. If you want a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. For us, he also turned out to be quite active, as we took many excursions.
