Interesting design of the hotel area, wooden paths and real bamboo, very unusual.
The houses themselves are larger, of course, for a summer holiday; we were there from December 30 to January 3
The hotel administration congratulated all guests on the New Year with a bottle of champagne, and under the tree in the yard there was a box with apples, tangerines and sweets, very nice.
The staff is polite and friendly.
Bed linen is clean.

In general, for those who love country holidays and are indifferent to expensive, luxurious apartments, the hotel is ideal.
It’s cool because of the bamboo thickets, everyone has their own veranda, again because of the bamboo thickets other guests are not very visible. During the day you are treated to free delicious certified tea and natural coffee. The room is perfectly clean.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from the sea. Walk along the landscaped path. There are shops and cafes along the way.
The hotel itself is very cozy. Clean. Unusual. The rooms are clean and pleasant. I would love to come back again. Sleeps great. Airplanes are hard to hear. Don't be afraid of it.
The location is very advantageous. I recommend.
One single moment. Everything is perfect! Actually everything.

We rested in July 2023. Great place! It’s clean, they clean it every day, which was very surprising, a big plus!
There is a swimming pool, the only negative is that there is a time limit, if you are traveling with children, it is difficult to explain to the child that they can swim until a certain time.

We were looking for the closest hotel to the IronStar venue; only expensive hotels were closer. There are also many places to eat and pharmacy stores nearby.
Excellent for this price, but there is no soap, shampoo, etc. The doors to the toilet need to be kept open so that there is no humidity.
Clean, bed linen is also in order.
Any issue can be resolved promptly.

Everything is within walking distance, the sea, shops, market, everything you need is nearby. The guest house is located in a quiet street. We had a two-room suite with a kitchen on the ground floor.
In terms of service, everything is super, the manager is very nice, you can contact me with any questions, she will solve everything and help you :)
Free transfer from the airport.
There is a bicycle rental for 500 rubles per day, very convenient.

This is not the first time I’ve been here, I’ve recommended it to friends.
Always calm, clean, warm and hospitable welcome.

I would like to note the friendliness and hospitality of the owners. The location is convenient, far from the bustle, but at the same time close to the central embankment, where there are cafes, bars, and restaurants for every taste. Not far from the house there are restaurants and shops. All liked it. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

Great host. The transfer was there and back (free). Late check-out was allowed, also free of charge. But in 9 days, the room was never cleaned.
