Very clean room. There is everything you need (kettle, dishes, hairdryer and even an umbrella). There was a beautiful view of the sea from the window. We traveled in our own car, parking is possible, it is locked with a chain. The hostess is friendly, explained and showed everything. Price/quality ratio 10 out of 10)

The hotel is located in a very picturesque location. You can see the sea from the room. Getting there on foot is of course not very convenient (slide). But there is a bus stop nearby, buses run frequently. Three stops from the center. Nearby there is a small market, very diverse, magnet shops, Pyaterochka.
Everything worked in the room. Refrigerator, kettle, TV. The bed is not very comfortable (the mattress is sagging), but this is not fatal.

The room and area are clean and pleasant.
Cleaning, paper, towels — everything on time.
In my room there was a terribly loud refrigerator that gurgles. The beds are sinking. But the saddest thing is Wi-Fi, it was impossible to use most of the time (week)

We rested with our daughter together. I spent a long time choosing where to stay. I didn’t want a big hotel, a lot of people, a noisy highway and evening entertainment outside the window, but I wanted a swimming pool (you can’t always go into the sea in September). The Vekar ​​house met all the requirements. How nice it is to be here! The hospitable hostess Elena was in touch even before arrival, then immediately explained how best to get to the center and food outlets.

Stayed here for the second time. In general, I like everything. Quite a spacious room with access to a balcony and a view of the sea (the sea, of course, is heavily blocked by houses, but still beautiful). Household items include a kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom was quite clean, the trash was thrown out every day). There is a heated swimming pool in the yard. The location may not seem the most convenient, but since I often stay in this area, I’m already used to it.

Very cool pool (it was empty), beautiful view, beautiful area, normal bed linen.
Tired furniture in the room and bathroom. It was inconvenient to leave and enter with your car because… the entrance was closed. Not very clean bathroom. Thin doors.

We stayed for 7 nights with my husband and were very pleased with everything! The room with a balcony has an excellent view of the sea and the city! There is a heated swimming pool in the yard. Quiet residential area. The nearest stop and store are 5 minutes on foot. The room is good and spacious. The administrator is polite and always ready to help! I have only positive impressions about my vacation!

Great guest house! We were pleased. Our son had competitions nearby, so the location suited us completely. The first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness. Even in the yard there were no cobwebs or other natural “surprises”. The room is clean, the smell is pleasant starting from the corridor. The room had a hairdryer, kettle, dishes, TV, Wi-Fi. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Another important point for me is the absence of the intrusive presence of “watchers”😅.

The bed is large and comfortable. There are dishes, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a TV… A large balcony with a beautiful view…
They clean every day, everything is clean, minus the bedspread with greasy stains…
The owner of the hotel is very attentive, I am sure that you can contact him with any question and he will help…

I liked it — cozy and beautiful views of the sea.
You feel at home.
This is a guest house. In the courtyard there is a gazebo, a summer kitchen and there is space for cars.
Bytkha area, 20-25 minutes walk to the beach. I also liked the beach, clean and not so many people, mostly locals and tourists, of course.
I would also like to note that the building, inside, everything was done wisely.
