➜ Very bad guest house. We stayed in a 4-bed room from July 24 to August 2. Wardrobe without shelves, only hangers, of which there are very few. There are no shelves in the bathroom, there is mold in the shower, the door does not close from the outside. There are no rags, an air freshener is not included at a room rate of 7 thousand per day) ) ) There are no glasses or the promised kettle. There are no covers on the bed; they promised to bring them, but they didn’t arrive. In 9 days there was cleaning only once. It's hard to find a refrigerator in the room, probably for cosmetics. Accordingly, you can’t put anything in it, everything falls out. There is only one washing machine (an ancient one) for the entire guest house and it is constantly busy. There is also one ironing board on the first floor (we lived on the 3rd). There is one stove with 4 burners, and the staff also cooks on it. The pool is scanty for children only, and it is also not open from 12 to 14 o'clock every day. The owner yells loudly at any time of the day. Mistress Christina only appears at the fundraiser and then she is not seen. We will never go to this guest house again and do not recommend it to anyone. For such a lot of money you treat your guests dishonestly!

➜ An excellent guest house, the view from the room is simply gorgeous, the house is a little away from the noisy road, so it’s perfect for families with children.
The staff is very polite and responsive.
Nearby is a gorgeous embankment and the sea, 5 minutes of leisurely walking.
There are children's parks nearby.
Cafes, restaurants, shops… everything is within walking distance.
Three minutes drive to the border with Abkhazia.

A very decent and budget guest house. Clean toilet and shower. There is a kitchen equipped with utensils and an electric stove. There is a small refrigerator in the room. But most of all I liked the owners. Very nice, hospitable people. Very convenient location. Nearby are cafes, shops, canteens. The sea is a few minutes walk away. I recommend.
