Near the Olympic Village. Attention, if you do not follow the navigator, but much earlier turn straight across the highway into the gates of the Olympic Village, then it will take 10 — 15 minutes on foot to the singing fountain. We went every evening. I really liked the Southern Cultures Park. In some ways it seemed more interesting and better to us than the famous Arboretum. It’s a bit far on foot, about 40 minutes, but along the way there is a wonderful new quarter of the Marine modern development. Cafes, shops. There is a Pyaterochka store almost next to the hotel. I can’t evaluate public transport; we traveled either on foot or by taxi. In principle, the airport and railway station are nearby, as well as a road with public transport. You can't hear the noise of the planes. No road noise can be heard. The hotel is on a quiet dead-end street.
The double bed is large and comfortable, the bed linen is high quality, hotel "striped". There are many places in the room where you can put things away. Small clean refrigerator. Electric kettle. There is an additional folding sofa for guests. Wi-Fi, two bedside tables, table lamp. TV with standard digital channels. Electric kettle, small round table. There is a hairdryer in the shower. The room is quiet and warm. Heating with water floors, comfortable temperature. The window opens, mosquito net, curtains. In principle, there is everything you need.

The room is just super.

We rested at the beginning of September in the guest house “Chocolate”. We really liked it: private sector, silence. There is a barbecue and a kitchen in the yard, we cooked there and talked with the neighbors. Very nice hostess! She responded quickly to all questions. There is a small pool on the roof, we managed to swim in it and look at the neighboring areas) )
The guest house is located a little far from the coastline, but we knew about it and enjoyed walking through the Olympic Park. 7 minutes away in the private sector there is a surf coffee, cafe and dining room, spa. In 2 minutes — five.

We spent 8 days in the guest house, we liked it, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, it was clean and cozy. Elena met, showed and told everything. Cleaning was carried out according to schedule. There is a kitchen outside with everything you need and tables where you can spend time. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the Pyaterochka store, the Olympic Park and much more. Next time we will contact you again! Thank you!
