We were very disappointed… we rented the most expensive room, we thought we would relax in a wonderful corner… but… unkempt plants, dirt and fallen leaves everywhere, we didn’t even want to let the child into the pool, because there is a smoking room right there, and there is a constant smell of smoke, the territory It’s very tiny and there are a lot of rooms around, the playground has a slide and a ball ring, everything needs repairs and just cleaning! Everyone living there gets an intestinal infection! Two-room room, old air conditioning, very noisy, rumpled bed, short and narrow, curtains and bed linen with holes. When we wanted to leave, the hostess threatened us with a fine of 10, 000 rubles, then she said that there were people willing to take our room and we said goodbye. I got the impression that there was beauty there 6-7 years ago, but now everything is neglected and vacationers get only money, no comfort, it’ll do just fine! I don't recommend it!

We rested in this hotel in July 2019 with a 3.5 year old child and were satisfied. The territory has an excellent swimming pool, sun loungers, a children's playground, a delicious dining room and a smoking area with a pond and fish. Responsive hosts. Not close to the sea, but also not bad, from our balcony there was a view of both the sea and the forest and mountains. The air was amazing. Quiet place, not noisy around. The sea is about 15 minutes away, this is not a problem for us, the child walked with us. There is a store and a bus stop nearby, you can get to any place — Olympic Park, Rosa Khutor, Sochi.

The pool is just a big bathtub. And now about silence. Constant noise and din or crying of children. But many of our neighbors were delighted with such a vacation. In short, this is not a “hotel” and not at all a “paradise”

The hotel is located close to the sea and all entertainment and at the same time in a quiet place, allowing you to enjoy a mixture of sea and mountain air. The room is very cozy, everything is there. What you need: a balcony overlooking the sea, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and even a safe. Professional service, dietary meals and a warm, friendly atmosphere complement the hotel's image.
