The room is very spacious, a huge bed, very comfortable orthopedic pillows, a cozy balcony with chairs and a table, pleasant service!
In the bathroom of the room there is a huge Jacuzzi and everything would be fine, but it is impossible to fill it with hot water, since the boiler allows you to fill only a third of the water… The room is a little untidy, the curtain is torn, there is no piece of parquet on the floor, the sofa was laid out — it turned out to be very dusty… breakfast also really meager, but it’s better than nothing)

The only thing I didn’t like was the water boiler, there is a large jacuzzi in the room and this boiler with hot water is not enough at all, for such a jacuzzi you need a boiler volume at least twice as large, because the hot water runs out quickly and until it warms up again to add Hot water passes for two hours or even more and naturally the water cools down. In general, with such a volume of a boiler and which takes a long time to warm up, there is no point in using this jacuzzi.

Delicious breakfast (not a buffet, 3-4 options to choose from) good room. Attentive staff. Stopped for one night while passing through.
Location) ) ) this is a private sector of old houses and narrow paths, and not asphalt. And among the old houses suddenly a decent house-hotel appeared… the neighborhood is of course so-so) ) ) there is no sound insulation in the room) ), you can hear everything the administrators are talking about. High humidity in the room and mosquitoes and spiders in the bathroom… the room is a la luxury, but the edges of the table top are torn off, it is stated to accommodate 3 people… but the accessories are for two.

Very clean, beautiful, cozy, there is a kettle in the room. Hospitable administrators. Comfortable mattress, many pillows to choose from.
Complete lack of sound insulation. Even if your neighbors talk quietly in their room, you feel like they are in your room.

The room was clean, it was clear that they cleaned it well.
The room itself is quite large.
The theme of space was played well, down to the smallest detail.
Located in a private area, but there is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. The area is closed at night.
The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly. Any issue was resolved almost instantly.
You choose breakfast from the menu in advance. We liked everything, including the coffee.
I didn't like the level of lighting in the room. Not all the spots (ceiling lights) were in working order, so it was a bit dark.

Clean, modern and cozy. The staff is lovely. Convenient parking, passing through the EPP.

The suite with a Jacuzzi was pleased with the cleanliness, working Jacuzzi on the 2 and a classy balcony. Photo fits.
Placed with a child of 4 years and a dog "critic" puppy. Everything is perfect and everyone liked it.
At the reception, the mini-bar includes all drinks and sweets at odekvatnoj price.
For dinner ordered pizza with Recepshenna together with the receptionist. Got fast and very tasty. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back.

Decent place for a romantic getaway with a couple, spacious rooms and creative admin.
