The worst place I have ever had.

Cozy place. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
No cash check issued. But issued a strict reporting form. I had to report to the bookkeeping for the trip, and all the necessary documents "iceberg" provided. But who will need a check, it may not count.
There is a café, but it only works in summer. Under our team opened, but in principle the food is organized in 100 meters in another hotel. I think it's not very convenient.
Pros: Staff, rooms.
Cons: No cash register (if you need a check directly) and a café at 100 meters.

Stayed in this hotel family for one day from 10 to 11 February 2017 were chosen exclusively on the location of the hotel from the right place. From the pros: delicious homemade food (albeit in a nearby hotel), warm in the room, there is always hot water, shuttle. Unfortunately, the pros are over. At check-in we notified that it is necessary to pay extra for accommodation still about 6000, though the employee Yana which repeatedly has persuaded me at a reservation that it is not necessary to pay. OK, I didn't swear, I paid. Wanted to check in on the third floor, although I had booked on the first but checked in for the second. In the end the room was terribly dusty and untidy, the surfaces could not be approached, one dirt, carpet dirty, all in spots. And this is the suite room! When asked why the room is so dirty, a young girl with long blonde hair at the reception nicely replied: "Well, I told you to let the third. And not cleaned here. " In 21.00 with two young children. Apparently, the staff and management is absolutely all the same in what rooms live their guests, if at check-in not a word that the room is dirty. If I didn't ask why it was dirty, then it would be kind of like everything OK. And that, for a minute, 4300 per room! In the morning at the reception we were greeted by another employee, older, with a short haircut (unfortunately, I do not remember the name). I asked you to clean the room. She asked why, you just checked in yesterday. I told you everything.

The staff was very friendly. I booked a room for two, in the room was one set of linen (bathrobe, towels). For the second demanded to pay extra. The room was not that dirty but disgusting. I remind you this 3 stars. The bathroom is not clean, not cleaned. There is no ventilation in the room. The breakfast indicated on the site was in another building (it is generally nonsense). I advise you not to choose this hotel if you do not want to tune in everything.

Almost perfect, for the money, everything is OK, included breakfast, cozy room, a bit of junk TV shows only a few channels, but it is not so important, and so all there is to relax.
