There are such rooms where there is everything and still space. There is a coffee machine, sugar and microwave in the hallway. There is a small minus: I recommend getting to the hotel from the station by taxi as the climb up to it is steep. Only highly trained athletes will climb with a suitcase. Without bags, it’s quite uplifting.

Great hostel! There is everything you need for life — a hot shower, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, electric stoves, a refrigerator, a cozy bed with its own electrical sockets and lamp. Bed linen and towels are of good quality. The staff is friendly. The room is warm. The rooms are really small, but there is a separate room for clothes and drying.

До статуса "отеля" уровень обслуживания сильно не дотягивает, поэтому и называется, видимо, "мини-отель"… Расположение не очень удобное, пешком ходить довольно тяжело, особенно вверх, поднимаясь от остановки на Улице Защитников Кавказа… Проблемы с заменой белья/полотенец, уборкой и чистотой в принципе. Увы, но три звёзды в отзыве это ещё щедро…

At the same time, you can also find an economy option: 1 room and a bathroom. Our room was completely cleaned once a week, but they always responded to any requests and helped. The owners are very responsive and friendly people. If you come without a car, you need to be prepared for a steep climb up the hill, there is a stop nearby. It's about a kilometer to the magnet and Pyaterochka.

1. This is not a hotel, but a house with apartments for rent.
2. The room was not cleaned once in 8 days, the trash was not taken out. We carried it out ourselves.
3. In 2 bedrooms there are 2 double beds, in the living room there is a sofa.
4. A strange approach to supplying blankets, initially they issued 3 1.5 sleeping blankets and thought that 2 people could cover themselves with them. When asked to give each person a blanket, they initially objected and said that they didn’t have blankets and there weren’t enough for everyone. We had to quarrel a little, after which the blankets were found. Their duvet covers are synthetic, it was not very comfortable to sleep under them.
5. There are only 4 chairs for an apartment that can accommodate 6 people.
6. To all our requests to bring a chair, linen, they answered, come and get it, we don’t have time.
7. The orthopedic lamella in the sofa was broken. When asked to fix it, they replied that they would tell the owner about this problem and he would go to the store and buy it. In the end, it was never repaired.
8. When we booked, the booking website indicated the possibility of breakfast for an additional fee. Money. This did not happen, they cited employment.
9. On the plus side, newly renovated, household appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, TV. Nice view from the window.
