➜ Great location, cleanliness, delicious breakfast. The spa is amazing! I would like to note the work of Yulia (from the spa area) and Vladimir (reception). I recommend the hotel!
The room booked on the website did not match the one we were booked into. In the photo the view from the window is NOT the first floor and not the fence. Photo attached. Upon check-in, the girls were not treated to champagne, but then the situation was corrected.
➜ Great hotel. Very beautiful interior, everything is new. Everything you need in the room: soft bathrobes, comfortable slippers. Perfect cleanliness. Always friendly staff, everyone with a soul. Very good cuisine in the restaurant. New spa area, wonderful pool and hammam.

New hotel. Nice room, large windows, comfortable bed, spacious. Breakfast is poor but tasty.
Maids' work. The room is dirty after cleaning. The bed is not made, they may start knocking hard on the door to water the flower, even though the light is on, do not disturb. The laundry was returned a day later. The water in the room was not updated. There is no evening room service, although there are five stars at the entrance.
There is a feeling that the owners have invested heavily in the building, but have no energy left for service.
