Booked a room at Akros through the well-known Agoda server. But at the specified address of the Hotel, which was not booked. This was confirmed by the owners of other hotels that are nearby. And directly to the address. I asked Agoda for help. The employee promptly threw me the phone of the owners and promised to help in resolving the situation. After a call to the owners of the Hotel it turned out that the room I had booked was supposedly occupied. And they offered me another option. Place me at the Goldfish Hotel at Sandy 19, in Anapa's Lower Jemeta. I was with the suitcases. And I urgently needed to solve personal matters. So I agreed. Although it wasn't that number at all. It didn't even have soap or toilet paper. And about compliance with sanitary requirements, at all, there is no need to talk. In the evening, the room smelled strongly of the chemical smell, which apparently highlighted the wallpaper and bed upholstery. Five minutes in such a room, and I had a headache. I literally ran away from this Hotel. The money for the booking in full was never returned to me. I think the owners of the Hotel are dishonest entrepreneurs. They initially put up for sale a strange hotel. And then customers are transferred to another. I don't really want to get into these situations again. With suitcases. In a foreign city. Someone's going to be with the kids.
