➜ It's a 10-minute walk to the lake, which is great. But in the dirty alleys it spoils the impression. The idea for the interior is good, but again — it’s not finished, there are no details, there’s not enough comfort.
There was only one girl at the reception, and a queue formed. I booked a room for three. There were only 2 robes and blankets — “as it should be. ” This spoiled the impression and caused discomfort. Sleeping together under one blanket 170cm wide is very inconvenient. There are few pillows — one small one per person — this really reduces the level. There just wasn’t much choice for the weekend of March 8
➜ We were greeted wonderfully, the room was clean, warm, friendly staff, they suggested and told us everything. Quick to the center — A huge plus. There is a slide, typical of Abrau. We took advantage of the Russian wood-fired sauna and liked everything.

My husband and I came to Abrau for a day to walk and relax. We wanted to be closer to the center, and the location of the hotel suited us quite well. We almost didn’t walk, but the climb to the hotel is steep, it’s more convenient by car. Walking distance to the center is 3 minutes using equipped stairs. The hotel itself has 2 buildings, with a swimming pool between them, unfortunately we didn’t swim, we didn’t have time. The water is clean and odorless. We also saw a barbecue gazebo, there is everything for relaxation. There was an ironing board between floors in our building. Our room (we took a two-room junior suite) had a view of the lake and forest from the balcony. We asked for an extra blanket and a set of towels, and they brought it without question. There is a refrigerator, TV, tea set, all necessary furniture. Check-in at the hotel is after 14.00, but we were checked in much earlier, immediately upon arrival. Special thanks for this. The woman at the reception is polite and responsive.
