My family and I stayed at this hotel from 05/07/22-05/09/22. When we checked out of the hotel, we forgot our sneakers and jacket in the room. We called the hotel, the girl who answered my call said that similar forgotten things had been found, and even asked how we would pick them up. They promised to call back the next day… explaining this by saying that all the forgotten things were stored in a special room in the hotel, the key was with someone else employee who will be at work tomorrow. The next day no one called back. I dialed myself, the girl who answered the call said that they didn’t call me because my things were not in the special room. I asked how it happened that at first they told me that my things were found, and then they were not in the room. To this question, the employee began to make excuses and say that there were some forgotten sneakers in the room since 2020, supposedly they confused them with things forgotten 3 days ago.
At my request to give me the phone number of the senior administrator or hotel manager, the employees began passing the phone to each other and whispering!

We had food from the menu, since there were few guests. But it’s very plentiful and delicious. Eggs with sausages, porridge, buns, sandwiches, tea/coffee. We didn't leave hungry 👍
Very cool room, we took a suite with a kitchen (there were no other options) high ceilings, comfortable beds, clean comfortable bathroom. Accessories. Tea/coffee, water. There was a mini bar. I liked the room.
The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the bed linen is snow-white. There were even holatf.
Polite staff, check in quickly, everyone is friendly.
We got into the race with children. We were on the road and couldn’t get enough sleep. Children football players hammered at the door of the room with a sword until 23 at night, when she came out she said it was useless. The door was opposite the elevator, its sound insulation was disgusting (although it was luxury). Accordingly, at 7 am they woke up and again started banging on the door and yelling. If I had known that this would happen, I would not have chosen this hotel. For people who travel, such a neighborhood will obviously be difficult (It is better, of course, to clarify such points in advance, and not when we already arrived at 21 at night after 1000 km on the road.

Excellent hotel, price — quality. Good room service, although there were some issues with room cleaning and tea/coffee was not replenished. The double bed in the rooms consists of 2 single beds, but sleeping on it is quite comfortable. On the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy delicious buffet breakfasts, and you can also have a delicious lunch or dinner at reasonable prices. It is located in an industrial zone, thus cut off from the main infrastructure of the city. View from the window of an abandoned building. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel and will stay there in the future.

Unexpectedly good hotel in an industrial area. Stopped here on the way to Elton. The hotel has a pretty good location for this. Free parking. Quiet. There are few guests. Very friendly staff. Silent elevators. Spacious, quiet room with everything you need (standard bathroom amenities, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, slippers). Breakfast is average, but enough.

This time we chose the unusual Art-Volzhsky hotel. This is, of course, not Volgograd and the hotel is located in an industrial zone. In the evening you can see nothing except the glow from the plant, and in the morning you are already rushing to the hero city with full sails. I really liked the hotel itself: clean, friendly staff, pleasant breakfast, the room has everything for a night's rest and a pleasant awakening. A great bonus for those who are interested in contemporary art. Unfortunately, the weather on May 9 made adjustments to our plans (the sky decided to pour out all its reserves) : dads and children went to see the fireworks from the other side; mothers took a breather and sat in the restaurant downstairs, drinking 50 grams of cognac for the Victory, dear family and the bright future of their children; the older generation in the room enjoyed watching war films. Overall, everyone was satisfied.
