Apart from the convenient location to the center, there are no other advantages. My husband and I came to Kazan for a weekend to spend time, the first thing we encountered was the shutdown of any water for the entire duration of our arrival (in such heat, and taking into account the fact that we had plans to visit the lakes), the saddest thing in this situation is that the administrator didn’t even warn us, but in fact upon check-in (although we checked in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon) and there was no water already from 10:00 in the morning… No intelligible service was provided at this moment, a 5 liter bottle. Cold water (when they wanted to take a second one, they scolded us that this was the last water, and people would also come tomorrow) this is the height of impudence… When asked whether there might be a ladle, we received a rude answer (You already asked, there is nothing) Amount for accommodation of course, it hasn’t changed (when I asked why, I was also rudely answered “all questions to the water utility”) About room 6 itself, I can’t say anything pleasant either… There are not enough hygiene supplies in the room (it’s trite, there was no toilet paper). The bed creaks, there is one free socket and that one is in the far corner, the equipment is tired (which did not turn on the first time). Problems.

Very good and friendly attitude towards guests. The guest house has a small but very cozy balcony with a rocking chair. The room has a comfortable bed, it didn't creak. You can always get tea, coffee, sugar, water, and quality t/b at the reception for free. They offer room cleaning. Overall the impression is positive, quite cozy room, spacious with a comfortable sofa. There are enough hangers in the closet.
The location of the guest house is complicated by a very bad road near it; it takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the center. In the room I encountered a number of problems — firstly, the lid of the kettle was broken (it worked, but the fastening of the lid was broken and it happened that the lid of the kettle was not closed correctly and it did not turn off). Secondly, Wi-Fi was very slow, it was possible to read anything, surf the Internet or scroll through the feed, and even more so it was impossible to watch videos. Thirdly, the toilet circle was broken, which caused discomfort. It's a pity that there is no kitchen at all, only a microwave on the floor.
