The room is bright, comfortable, large bed, TV table, air conditioning, wardrobe in the hallway, bathroom with extractor hood, the only minus is a small refrigerator.
The room had a balcony, which was nice.
Every evening there were events until 11 pm, which did not allow for rest. The room was cleaned every other day. And the strange story with towels and blankets, there was always a shortage of them. Brought upon request.

Everything worked, very clean. Quiet!
Quick check-in, although the hotel was 100% occupied.

There is a pleasant courtyard; you can order food delivery from the hotel restaurant to the gazebo.

A big plus of the hotel is the location next to the MLT arena, where they attended competitions, the room was very decent, the gel dispenser in the bathroom did not work, it created inconvenience, a robe was provided upon request.
The lack of lunch in the restaurant also created an inconvenience, since lunch took at least 1.5 hours, the food was excellent, but you had to wait a very long time, it’s good for dinner when you’re not in a hurry, but you should have lunch between workouts! But that's all for the restaurant!

We fell for the advertisement “family holidays with children”. We arrived with a small child. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor next to the conference room. On day 2 there was a banquet with music and a microphone. The kids were running along the corridor where the hotel rooms actually were. I couldn't rest. We listened to this noise until 23:00. They refused to relocate. Never again set foot on you.
The cleanliness of the carpet leaves much to be desired. The renovation is "tired".
Tomorrow the buffet is 650 rubles per person, very meager, not much choice.

We arrived late at night, the girl at the reception quickly checked in and was very polite. The bed is comfortable, there are extra pillows and a blanket, after a long journey I really wanted to get some sleep, the room is quiet, I don’t know how full the hotel was, but we didn’t hear anyone. I managed to rest. A big plus is secure parking.
We stayed for two nights, after the first night the room was not cleaned, there was no gel/shampoo in the dispenser in the shower, it’s good that we had everything with us and it was not critical.

Pleasant place, attentive service, stylish interior. The kitchen is on the 4th, I recommend.

Celebrated the wedding in the hall of the Conservatory. Grateful to all the staff for your attention, responsiveness and professionalism. Banquet 5+, comfort room as a gift. European level hotel, I can say for sure, there is nothing to compare. Great Breakfast, coffee, cereal that does not always see. Everything is perfect, not even something to complain about. Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is included in the room, so lunch and dinner can be included. Close to the beach on the Volga River. You can walk, the beach is clean and a bit crowded. Good institution the atmosphere at the hotel, it is pleasant to have a rest in the evening after work.

The Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable, clean, in the room coffee machine, TV, fridge, breakfast buffet. Dinner in the restaurant was not very pleasant, nothing special, simple dishes similar to business lunch, but the prices are restaurant.

Great location, clean and beautifully furnished rooms and incredible staff! My son and I had a terrific stay and I can't thank them enough for making our vacation so enjoyable. Special thanks to Anna and all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. They are a phenomenal team. We can't wait to come back!
