1) Location.
Hotel Lotte is located almost in the very heart of the city, from here it is a stone's throw from the main attractions of Samara — for example, the Volga embankment. It is also very convenient to get to the station from here.
2) Rooms.

Wonderful hotel. The service is good. The breakfast buffet is very varied and very tasty. We were with 10-year-old children, the children were delighted with such a rich assortment of dishes offered. Adults too, by the way) ) The hotel also has a nice price concept for breakfast (1400 = 1 adult and children under 12 years old free). The spa area is pleasant, we used both the pool and the hammam. The spa area is included in the price of your stay.

Excellent hotel, well-deserved 4 stars. Yes, if you look, you can find signs of “fatigue, ” but in my standard room this was expressed in a couple of scratches on the tabletop and that’s it. The most important thing is the service, attitude and cleanliness — all at the level of a strong four stars. The spa complex is small, but cozy and also very clean. The restaurant is no frills, but tasty and not overpriced, room service is also ok. Special mention to the breakfast — it is great.

Comparing rooms 205 and 102, I can note the following: room 205 is much warmer, located on the floor with a common cozy kitchen-dining room, where there is everything you need for cooking and gatherings over tea.

We were guests of this hotel, a suite with a fireplace. Clean, cozy, quiet, just like home. We were pleased with the wood-burning fireplace, parking, and the presence of a kitchen. It's a pity that there are no lunches or dinners. The girls administrators are cheerful, they showed and explained everything. Special thanks to Ekaterina, pro. Now only to you.

Nice hotel, but it is clear that the staff is new and not very experienced. In general, everything is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, there are restaurants, a swimming pool, and a spa. I didn’t really like the restaurant, but if you’re very hungry, it’ll go. Upon check-in, they gave two coupons for wine when ordering something from the menu 👌🏼

A very decent hotel in a quiet location. Excellent varied breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows, tea, coffee, kettle in the room. There is a cooler with drinking water in the corridor. There is a safe. Clean snow-white towels and bed linen.

Nice clean room, there is absolutely everything you need — slippers, bathrobes, towels, a kettle, tea/coffee, glasses, hygiene and perfume sets of very good quality. I was surprised by the high bed, but the bed was very soft and comfortable, it was comfortable to sleep.
The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, the breakfast is full.
We checked in immediately, showed us everything, the elevator was working.
Located in a quiet natural place, the balcony overlooked a birch grove.

Stayed at this hotel on August 6, 2022. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Clean rooms, linen, shower. Excellent breakfast, no worse than Turkey (pancakes with meat, cottage cheese, jam, sausages, fried eggs, yogurt, bread with butter and cheese, tea, coffee). I would like to express special gratitude to the girl at the reception, Olga, for her hospitality, participation and assistance in all matters. Next time we come to Samara, we will stay here!

The hotel is good for its status. Yes, there are better three rubles, but here it is necessary to take into account the city where the Hotel is located.
For Samara everything is not bad at all, the breakfast is good, the staff is very polite. There are towels, the bed is good. True, there was only one blanket, but it was warm outside, so that was enough for us.
The room has all the utensils, a kettle, and a TV. The shower is working.

The hotel is in a wonderful and quiet location. But it could have been better in every way.
Absolutely not a customer oriented hotel.
The staff has no desire to help guests at all. Even for money. Breakfast until 10:30, and at 10:40 you are kicked out of the table. And with the words: “I understand everything, but we already have to clear the plates. ” The impression was left very unpleasant. There is definitely no desire to return.

We decided to go out and relax for one day — we chose this place and did not regret it. Of course, the first thing that strikes me is the architecture, I love it. The rooms have great design. Our choice fell on a room with a terrace and access to the lawn. It was very convenient — as soon as we need to put the Child to bed for a nap, we open the front room, and our stroller was “parked” on the terrace). In the fresh air I fell asleep in 5 minutes.

Otelt is excellent! This is not the first time we have come, it happens once a year and more often and we do not regret our choice of hotel. This year we arrived on the eve of our birthday and received a discount and a compliment from the hotel.
