• Price of an additional breakfast: 350.00 RUB per person. Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details.

  You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.

  Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

  When booking accommodation with dinner, they are provided if the reservation is received at the hotel at least one day before arrival.

  One of the Standard rooms in the hotel has an outside bathroom. The bathroom will belong only to the guests of this room and they will have a key to it. Any guest booking the "Standard" category can receive this room.

  When booking on public holidays (New Year's holidays), guests are required to make a prepayment in the amount of the cost of 1 night. Please contact the guest house for details on prepayment. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.
