In short, the hotel's service is good, breakfast is simple and tasty, typical rooms are clean, well-furnished and even nicely designed. It's better to ask for rooms on the back side of the building, as the sound isolation of the front side isn't the best. An internet? At least on the 3rd floor is quite slow and unstaible. 4 stars because it could be better!

A decent place. The room is not eaves, no odor. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite hotel in Tyumen. It is very convenient and interestingly located: in the historical part of the city, near the promenade. Very romantic. The rooms are very beautiful and cozy. The staff is friendly. Great restaurant. It is possible to order food and drinks in the room. Its confectionery: Desserts are just super.

No slippers, shaving and dental kits. It's pretty weird for four stars.

Excellent hotel! friendly staff, great location, huge comfortable rooms, delicious Breakfast buffet. Last settled immediately after the plane at 6 am, no early check-in. I advise everyone to the hotel.

Noisy! Someone moves chairs wonder where at half past midnight and no one knows where this noise. The room overlooks the street. Are constantly audible noise machines. Poor insulation.

Zaehalivčera. Business trip. Appointed to work. An excellent hotel in Europe did not meet similar quality every time! The price for accommodation in a standard room 3800. Believe me it's worth it.
