When booking, a contract is concluded. Guests are required to have their passport with them upon arrival.
Additionally, guests pay a refundable deposit of 2000.00 RUB, which is returned during the day of departure, after the apartment has been checked and cleaned.
Booking for 1 day is possible by agreement, with an additional cleaning fee of 1300.00 RUB.
The supplement for the 3rd guest is RUB 400.00 per stay.
