Pros: optimal price for early non-refundable booking, excellent location (1 min. Walk from the station; walking accessibility from 2 branches of the subway; a large selection of catering outlets in the district) ; pleasant and functional room for one person (noise insulating double-glazed windows, mini fridge, air conditioning, roomy closet, comfortable one-bedroom), correct staff; pleasant interiors.
Of the cons: noisy air conditioning (noise fickle, and at intervals of 3-5 minutes), noisy sewer (with open taps or a drain), breakfast at the level of European 2 stars, in my opinion, tasteless; daily cleaning of the room at the level, but there were small flaws (dust and fingerprints on the TV).
In general, I am satisfied with the optimal price-quality ratio when not returning booking.

It is quite a cozy hotel in real walking distance from the Moscow Station.

Good place to be if you want to visit the local tourist spots quickly. Very close to the railway station, so can be accessed easily.

The hotel is quiet enough, just a minute's walk from the train station. Fast Wi-Fi.
