Excelent location in the city center close to "Zimniy" Palace (Hermitage). Quiet. You can caught prices discounts.

The hotel's location is perfect. Within walking distance are the main attractions. But tiny numbers. Disgusting cleaning in the rooms. There is no elevator in the old 5 storey building. Breakfast buffet with a good selection of dishes. But the devices need to be constantly knocked out with the fight.

Nice room. Very, very poor breakfast. Excellent location. Reasonable personnel, depending on who you're dealing with.

Not a bad place to stay. Close to everything. If it weren't for the repairs and the non-performing elevator…

Excellent location of the hotel, close to main attractions, many restaurants around. We got room on a first floor, normal size of the room fits for two, fridge is available in a room as well, bathroom is a bit small but ok, maybe it should have better water protect than shower curtain (glass wall/separator), clean towels everyday as well as clean service. Two big windows in a room, very bright and you can leave windows open all day//night for fresh air. Wifi could be better, but I assume it depends on number of people who use it. Breakfast room is in a basement, no fresh air/window, too small for number of people who use it, very crowded in the morning around 8.15 — 9.00 when most of people have breakfast, you will be hard to find available table, especially if there is a group of tourists. Along with so many people on one place, there is less food and restaurant assesories (plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups for coffie). Breakfast room needs to be refurnished and resized as well as to have fresh air. After all, hotel is totally ok for a short stay during your visit to St. Peterburg.

The shower was clogged, and when I asked them order a taxi to the airport they arranged for their "buddy" to drive me… and as soon as he dropped me off at the airport I paid him and he ran away didn't had a chance to ask for a receipt. Well he wasn't a taxi driver. Never coming back!

Good place. Very well located. However, the number off charging/ electric outlet points provided in the room are as good as zero. That is my main complaint with my stay here. Otherwise, it is a great place with very helpful staff. I would rate this as a 3.5 star establishment.

Good location, in the heart of St. Petersburg. The service is limping from time to time. They can settle in a lower category, even if you book a room 6 months in advance. The hotel is growing, built the fifth floor with attic windows, make an elevator. But the buffet where breakfast is served has remained small, sometimes there is crowded. Some rooms have a sewer smell, some have poor noise insulation. But the excellent location in the center of the city overlaps all the disadvantages.

Very well located in St Petersburg, Hotel at the bottom of a courtyard not very quiet, no elevator, decent breakfast in the basement. The room is only made in the afternoon, the TV never worked, a Jacuzzi, a safe, a fridge and a hairdryer available in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ability to speak Russian or English is indispensable.

Hotel in works including night. Dusty rooms are not made every day. Small rooms as well as bathrooms.
The breakfast is very basic little choice. The breakfast room is in the basement and too small. Bottling at 8am… Its only asset is the location near Nevsky Prospekt.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Everything else is so-so. In the room for 10000 even bottles of water is not available. The staff is just up to you light bulb.

Bad. We booked a room for three adults and they gave us a bed and a camping cot. They did not come to meet us in any way even making us a discount for the inconvenience. We had to get another room for another person!

The location is very convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel has 4 floors, but there is no elevator! So people with limited opportunities can't go there. We had a room on the 3rd floor… so the suitcases had to be dragged up the stairs (and no one helps) so both women or the elderly there will be very difficult. Room… the room is generally just terrifying. It's so tiny that it's hard to imagine (3/2 meters) it's not even possible to turn around. The bed is terrible from the mattress sticking out springs. But the bathroom is even smaller. Sitting on the toilet your feet will be under the shower. The sink is tiny. There is nowhere to put personal hygiene items. Very noisy. You can hear everything that happens outside the door (and very loudly). Photos on the site do not correspond to reality.

Great Hotel. Clean, comfortable, Quiet. Breakfast is very tasty: homemade porridge, juices (not soluble, as abroad in the same level of hotels), all sorts of sweets, yogurt, fruit… It's hard to find! The location is Great. The room was Clean. In the hotel and on the floor entrance by magnetic key, in the room by Card. The hotel staff is courteous and Polite. Nice and free wi-Fi in the Room. If I go, I would like to get here again!

Very clean little hotel, close to all the sights.

If there is smoking area inside the hotel, I'd give it 5 star. The other parts are quite decent.

The beds are comfortable, we slept very well, it is clean and well heated. The essence is there. The breakfast is very good apart from the fact that it makes a sweltering heat in the breakfast room, this is the only downside. It is necessary to speak Russian or English at home. The hotel is ideally located for walking to the centre of Saint Petersburg.

Noisy, rude hotel guests and too-thin walls are a sorry combination indeed. This hotel abounds with both. Utterly crap experience with next to no help from hotel staff. I will not stay here again…
