The hotel is worth its money, especially considering its location. The staff are friendly. Good breakfasts.

Rather large room, including the bathroom, also quite large, clean, with windows facing the main street and not overly noisy. It is very close to the Metro and bus stop and a few hundred meters from the main road Prospectiva Nevsky. Breakfast is satisfactory. I would go back without any doubt.

Good value for money, all in all convenient as location and services, many details, however, to improve (eg: poor breakfast and especially without bread, only pan-carré, lack of lift, uncomfortable beds…).

The Metro is just 5 minutes walk away. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Though without them it was warm. A lot of channels, catching well. One of the most cozy little hotels in the city center. Recommend!

Reached here today early morning and got early check-in (10am). Friendly, good, helpful customer service. Spacious, clean rooms with everything needed. Public transport nearby, heaps of restaurants around. Highly recommended!

It's probably hard to find better 3 star hotel in St Petersburg than Kristoff. Very clean, comfortable, good location… Helpful and friendly stuff, always there to help. Could be done some maintenance to a bit dated rooms.

Convenient location, nice rooms with Slippers and a Bathrobe. The hotel has its own cozy cafe. Gladly come back here.

Great hotel! Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable and high quality bathroom. 20 minute walk from Moskovsky train station, 500 metres from Nevsky Prospekt, near 3 metro stations, 10 minutes walk to the Fontanka. In addition, quiet at night. Very good restaurant at the hotel. Delicious and varied Breakfast. Also recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner, excellent food and service.

Well there is no Elevator and the sign from the street is not immediately noticeable.
