So comfortable and nice to stay at New Peterhof hotel!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a great location.

This is great! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Next to Peterhof — on foot less than 10 minutes. We'll definitely come back!

In general, not bad, but there are a few inconveniences. 1. The restaurant is open until 11 p. M. — very strange. 2. If you are on a business trip, you cannot stay at this hotel. It's an amazing place! The hotel is good, comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. With regard to the Peterhoff, I have just not enough words to describe how beautiful it is here. This place is a must see, even for those who are not enthusiastic about tourism in Russia.

For me in the rooms is very important water drinking, cleanliness and noise insulation. The water is there, everything is clean, the noise insulation is not bad. What I lacked for comfort was the conditioning of the room. You can set up any temperature, but the function of the general air conditioner is to drive the air. That's when it's hot outside — the room is too warm, at night when the conductor is turned on is very noisy (as if sleeping near a buzzing refrigerator) and too fresh. I was told that the air conditioning is like this in all rooms, and if noisy — you need to turn off. Windows are deaf, you can't count on fresh air. There was a smell in the toilet, as if it had been smoked before.
Everything else (registration, laundry, cleanliness, location) was great. The spa, although included, did not have time to use. Breakfast is included, there is a choice. Some hotel guests simply relax — move in terry robes (provided in the hotel) from the spa to smoke, eat, and then to the spa.
It's peaceful, there's beautiful nature nearby, a delicious restaurant, a bike rental, and walking attractions.

The staff and amenities are exceptional for being on the far north side of St Petersburg! Very much worth the trip!

Nice hotel. Good location-opposite the entrance to the upper park and on the shore of the pond. The rooms are very clean, lacked only a toothbrush/pasta and bathrobes/slippers, shower gel; Shampoo, shower cap, three towels per each, hair dryer-it's all there. Comfortable mattresses. Air conditioning in rooms, windows do not open. For White St. Petersburg nights there are dense curtains. The hotel restaurant serves a fine, varied and hearty breakfast. We also had lunch there too, everything is very tasty and a lot. Great spa. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam free from 7.30 to 10 for standard rooms, almost no one was. Cons-A lot of Chinese (especially felt at breakfast-they are many, very noisy), the rooms are poorly insulated, all of the corridor is audible. The hotel is focused on the conference (we were also at the conference), by the way, the buffet is excellent-with shrimps and red caviar. The price for the room is still above average (if you are travelling at your own expense).

Romantic, cozy and relaxing place. The time spent in the hotel is a fairy tale time. The fountains of Peterhof, upper and lower gardens are all within walking distance. Breakfast is a separate story. They are just gorgeous and saturated. For every taste. On Sundays, Champagne is offered for breakfast. The rooms are quite adequate 4 stars. Several conferences have been held here-the organization at the highest level. Yes, the price is above average in the room, but the place and the level of service are at altitude. Good for wedding couples — mine was in 29 Aug 2017 in St Petersburg Russia, and we stayed in that Hotel with my spouse and her dear friend.

A paradise place to stay with children. Clean. Delicious. Comfortable. Pool. Around the park. A place where you can really relax, despite the motherhood.

The hotel is very nice and Peterhof. But with ventilation, problem problems … Because the windows don't open in most rooms, it's just stuffy and hot. The hotel is a spa! A two-bath spa zone! You can only use the hammam. Everything else is unsuitable. The rooms are comfortable, in satisfactory condition. Breakfast is a buffet.

Strange. Is very good: close and Peterhof and the Cathedral and the pond. But our room (6209) is a large room with 2 bathrooms curve centered … Do not open Windows for ventilation. Noisy ceiling does not switch off ventilation which prevents sleep — you must manually tighten ceiling hatches.

Amazing place to stay at, stayed there for 3 days about a year back. Surroundings are the best with a lake at the backside and a Church.

Quite nice hotel, though there are small problems with heating, but this does not prevent me to enjoy your stay here. Food in the hotel there are two restaurants, one (Nikolsky) are held in a different location (Bavarian) the rest of the food, but I personally did not like. For example, for me was a complete surprise when I brought the Greek Salad with mayonnaise. If badly to pick, you can find many more disadvantages and in some rooms there are all sorts of problems, but in general the hotel left a good impression.
