It's a great hotel. Rooms at a reasonable price, while there is everything you need and no frills. Of the cons excellent audibility of all that is happening in the corridor — late evenings and early morning strained loud and noisy Chinese.

Lived in a suite, in principle, not bad, if not stolen children's tablet, and frosted after that. Breakfast is great, the food set is lovely, everything is delicious.
At the end of the five, I'd love to stop again, I hope that the shortcomings are temporary.

It is a nice hotel near the airport. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The food is good. I was there during the world cup, the match between Egypt and Russia. I enjoyed the city.

We were here for the wedding night, we were given a compliment and discount and business level number (above the standard) for 9900 rubles at the height of the World Cup — it was very nice! The room is spacious, the wife is delighted and every time nostalgic when we pass it. The room has all the possible amenities. In short, the mosquito's nose won't sharpen. And we also got a check out at 3 p. M. — we had a good night's sleep. The bed is soft and big. The pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were included.

Good hotel with friendly staff. I was there for attending an international conference. There were 4 restaurants inside the hotel and some other restaurants near this place. It is in the way of airport and one can easily go to airport by bus. All in all it is one of the best hotels in saint Petersburg.

Conveniently located hotel 15 minutes walk from the Metro Moskovskaya on the finish line to Pulkovo Airport (15 minutes by car to the building terminal). The Congress Hall was Tested: Cozy and spacious hall with wide soft armchairs. Good ventilation, but completely absent acoustics: without a microphone, no guitar, no violin… At armchairs a pleasant addition folding tables and to record something turns out not on a knee. So the hall is beautiful for seminars and lectures. But once again I emphasize: voice without a microphone in the hall will not be heard!

The location is good. Food from Paulaner Restaurant is good. We got a standard room with a wobbly bed. When we said we wanted to change the room, the hotel staff assured they'll get it done next day but next day all we got was a reply saying no rooms available. We managed to get the room upgrade after speaking to our tour operator. The staff service is not so great. There was no change of towels when we came in tired in the dailies evening.

As always, High level! The Truth is the little unpleasant moments. Stayed with my husband for two nights. On the second day before entering for breakfast we were stopped by saying that breakfast was not paid for us. Not a big embarrassment… Having read on our faces the bewilderment, we were offered to go for breakfast (later it turned out that breakfast was paid).

Was here at the conference organized by ATM group. Food was great, delicious desserts. Very polite staff. Me from the central entrance of the hotel staff escorted to the conference room on the other side of the building, so I did not get lost.

This is the worst hotel ever. They do not clean the room. We ran out of toilet roll and hoped that when they clean the room they will replenish. But no, none of that. They just left the empty rolls on the toilet roll holder. Also because our towel was not changed, we left both towels on the floor to change to fresh ones. We got back and saw the same towels hanging on the hooks. I have travelled many places and this is definitely a ZERO Star hotel!

On their stars, the hotel is super. Great restaurant. Great location. Shuttle to the airport. The rooms are nice, clean, tidy.

A very nice hotel, with good service, nice and clean rooms, a lovely breakfast menu. I strongly recommend Radisson Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel & Conference Centre when you visit St Petersburg. Many nice attractions are in walking distande from the hotel. And you can take a cab, a bus or the tube if you are a little bit lazy.

Clean rooms and good location. The hotel building is huge with endless long corridors. Employees are friendly. Spa area is very poor and the saunas are a bit strange. I did not have the feeling the area was clean enough! Food at the Paulaner Restaurant was excellent.

It's a nice hotel. Friendly and polite staff. A cozy, clean room. The design is standard. It's a huge window. Clean. Pleasant smell and atmosphere in general. The furniture is in excellent condition. The crack is very convenient. The bedding is absolutely white and clean. The plumbing is fully serviceable. 7 towels that change daily. A little lack of light. Although in bedside floor lamps there is a separate lamp with a powerful LED. So it's convenient to read. The fridge is very good and cools quickly. There's a free safe, a bunch of sockets, a kettle. Refurbished student's dorm, useless 800m hallway. Bad breakfast. Just a place to sleep in. Really shady people in the lobby after 22 o'clock, drunks sleeping all night in an armchair next to the reception, virtually no security. Diverse night life not in a good way.

A wonderful and varied breakfast, here will be everything your soul desires! From classic oatmeal to beans in tomato and pumpkin seeds, 3 types of fruit water. The room is also great. Should be renovated. The furnites and bathroom are old, and not match for 4-star hotel. There is no exchange office. In room there is no possibility to turn off a quite loud air conditioning. It is quite huge hotel and could be a rush, especially in the lobby and breakfest time. However, there are positive thing as well. Lounge bar seveed food 24 hours. Complementary water for all guests is available at any time.

Standard services as a 4 star hotel. Great Spa. It takes only 20 minutes to airport. Great breakfast. There is also a museum near the hotel which you can visit.

Some rooms are really shabby. Location is closed to the airport. Paulaner restaurant in the lobby quite normal apart of live Russian pop music there which is awefull for local ones, and maybe looks very exotic fir the foreigners.

The Hotel is a little bit chaotic because of the size and capacity of the accommodation. Certainly not close to the center but very close to the metro station.

Rooms too small. You don't know where to put your suitcase. Elevator very far from the rooms.

Old hotel. Nice location, it's in the middle between airport and city. Breakfast is mediocre. Water pressure is low in bathroom, and no controllable air condition. Sheets are clean. Nice view from room.

A great hotel for travellers and holidaymakers!
First, the location is convenient to get to your favorite place both in St. Petersburg and in its surroundings. Close to the subway.
Secondly, the hotel is large and cozy. There are bars, restaurants, spas. The building is home to a Paulaner restaurant with live beer, live music and a live audience.

The rooms are nice and clean. Not sure about other levels, but the one we were on had a hot/cold water dispenser which made it convenient for the guests to get dining water. We had an especially good experience with one of their staff, I believe her name was Ksenia. We had issues accessing the Wi-Fi, after she helped me get on, she even offered to come back to my room with me to help connect my mom's phone. I only gave them a 4 star because the breakfast was disappointing.

It's a hotel. Creepy rooms with clogged windows and broken air conditioning! And that's for 30, 000 a day! (was an economic forum). I had to scandalize, moved… On the floor it sat like a public toilet, the air conditioning worked like an old tractor! Freaks!
