A comfortable wooden house of three rooms with a panoramic window overlooking the Yenisei River, located near the village of Maina (Sayanogorsk). There is a shower cabin and a bathroom. The house is equipped with all the necessary items: a refrigerator, a table, chairs, benches, a kettle, mugs, a hair dryer, books, games, a music center, bed linen, towels. In winter, the house is very warm, there is a warm floor. It is cool in summer, as the house is made of timber. There is a separate kitchen for eating, heating and cooking. Near the house there is a gazebo and a barbecue, which are included in the price of rest.

There is a kitchen on the ground floor for eating, heating and cooking.
