Very friendly and helpful staff.
They were on weekdays. Quiet and peaceful place. In the café on the ground floor offer a discount on the menu on the coupon outstanding at the reception.

Checked into a double room on February 23 and at first were glad: friendly staff, clean, modest, no complaints-for such a small cost is quite tolerable. But, we rejoiced early: in the evening, hours at 18, in the café on the 1st floor, right under our room, the festive banquet began: with loud music, shouts, Disassemblies… This moment immediately blocked all those few positive moments that were in this guesthouse. At the reception we were told that in 00:00 Whoopee will stop, but because the owner of this guesthouse was walking, nobody could do anything and Whoopee lasted till 5:30 in the morning! The sound insulation is very bad! Until 5:30 we could not sleep even with headphones… As a result, having arrived for 2 days to look at Pskov, and hoping to have a rest at night from a long road, midnight we did not sleep and the next half-day came to us and have poured out because of a sleepless night! It's just ugly!
I think that the administration of the guesthouse needs to warn people in advance or to solve the issue of soundproofing of the rooms.
(! ) My advice, do not see what is cheaper here, stay better in any hotel a little more expensive, but with a guarantee that you for your money will get both comfort and tranquility!

The room was clean and comfortable. Of the cons, constant monotonous toli knock, I do not know with Chas compare, especially growing at night. Because of this it is impossible to sleep this noise wakes at night. The water in the room from the faucet flows with the smell. The shower in the evening is impossible to accept with hot water, flows hardly earthy or frankly cold. If you want to wash, scrub at 6-7 pm or 6-7 in the morning, until no one woke up or came back and did not spent all the water in the storage heater, which by the way to the whole hotel one. The price and quality mismatch, write that breakfast is included in the price, and in fact there is no breakfast there. You can only eat at the café mascot downstairs (and the dishes there do not match the menu, sometimes the quality of the dishes is doubtful). And they say that in the café for those who settled in the guest house 10% discount, but require some kind of a piece of paper that is forgotten to give at the reception. I don't think I'll go back there.
