I was in Moscow a year ago (Jul 2017) and stayed this hostel after New year (Jan 2018) for 5 days ;) very good located and convenient. It closer to KFC, burger king and shopping, exchange, tours, restaurant, night life I love to see, weather cool! Coffee shop nearby was super cool, coffee+cake 99 rubble amazing! Good for tourists.
Brilliant hostel, very hygeinic. Staff speak good English (good for tourists) common area has a vending machine if you need food, drink etc. They also sell towels, padlocks and all sorts at a fair price, this is good for travelers or just for people who forget things. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely outrageous boorish behavior of the administration. At the reception sits a woman named Valerie (that's what she said) who was behaving in style "I not I th came I should not worry about it", then I pointed out the impropriety of such a raunchy tone with her response, I laughed and offered to complain to Putin, literally. To say that I went into shock — nothing to say. Ring leader does not help, there the person also do not care for the services provided.
