  The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out, after the maid has checked the apartment. In case of violation of the rules of residence, or damage to property, the deposit may be withheld.

  Smoking of any kind of cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the territory. The apartment has smoke detectors.

  It is not allowed to have more guests than was indicated at the time of booking. Video surveillance is conducted on the common territory of the house.

  Parties and holidays are strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to make noise from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.

  The possibility of accommodation with a small dog is discussed individually, for an additional fee.
