We are glad to welcome you to our apartments with their own private terrace!
Duplex studio apartment with a total area of 53 sq. m. M (floor area of 27 sq. m. + 25 sq. m. Second level, terrace of 20 sq. m. ).
Specifications: the apartment has 2 comfortable double beds - a double bed (160x200) and a pull-out sofa bed (140x200). For leisure, there is Wi-fi, a TV (smart - TV) and books. There is also a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an electric stove, a microwave, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron (+ an ironing board and a clothes dryer).
For our guests, we provide fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, toothbrush).
The kitchen area has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, water, tea and coffee.
Infrastructure: the building is under 24-hour security and video surveillance of public areas. There is free parking near the complex.
The complex is located just 10 minutes from Aviamotornaya Metro station.
The city shopping center is 800 meters away, and there are museums nearby: the Museum of the History of Telecommunications and Computer Technology and the central Museum of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
Rules of accommodation:
- Booking from 2 days. It is possible to book for 1 day, in this case an additional security deposit of 3000 rubles is paid.
- Children from 7 years old, as the presence of the second level is unsafe for younger children;
- Smoking is prohibited;
- It is possible with a pet for an additional fee – 3000 rubles for the entire period of stay.
For long-term stays, % discounts are available.
During the booking period, contactless round-the-clock check-in is available.
For business travelers, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company.
