A studio with a total area of 28 sq.m., made for you with great love and care! We have tried to take everything into account so that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible! The stairs to the second level can be folded if necessary.
There is a double bed 160/200 and a sofa bed 140/200 on the ground floor.

Inside there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay - the necessary list of dishes for cooking and eating. Wi-fi, smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron (+ironing board), dishwasher, air conditioning are also at your disposal.
For our guests, we provide fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and paste). Our welcome package is waiting for you: water, tea and coffee!
The complex is located in a beautiful picturesque area - Izmailovo Natural and Historical Park and Izmailovsky Kremlin are within walking distance.
Rental rules:
- check-in after 15:00, check-out before 12:00;
- contactless round-the-clock check-in during the booking period;
- additional payment for the 3rd and 4th guest for 700 rubles/day;
- booking from 2 days; Booking for 1 day is possible, in this case an additional security deposit of 3000 rubles is paid.
- children from 7 years old, as the presence of the second level is unsafe for younger children;
- parties are prohibited;
- smoking is prohibited;
- it is possible with a pet for an additional fee – 3000 rubles for the entire rental period;
For long-term rentals, % discounts are available.
For seconded employees, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company.
